Really useful casserole dish except the measurements in the description were off-it’s smaller than a 9x9. Cooked a spinach artichoke dip for thanksgiving-it turned out well. Took a star off for wrong measurements in description.
I just received this a couple days ago and wanted to use it right away. I made a piece of fish and put a few pieces of asparagus around it and it cooked up beautifully. It washed up great as well. I have the larger rectangle and really liked it but wanted a smaller size. I like the handles to easily lift in and out of the oven. I bought the rustic turquoise color and it is just beautiful. I highly recommend.
I bought these a month ago because I have heard of the quality of this brand and the previous reviews were correct. It is very well made and sturdy. It bakes things evenly and cleans easily. The color is gorgeous. I will absolutely be recommending this product to my friends and family
I've had this dish for about a week and have thus far made my family's favorite macaroni & cheese and potatoes au gratin. The dish is high quality, heats evenly, and is easy to remove from the oven due to the handles. It's a nice, solid weight - not too heavy, but not flimsy, either. The dark blue color is perfect in my kitchen. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Beautiful baking dish. Came as part of a two dish set and they are generously sized with high enough sides for apple crumbles, veggies, or full size side dishes.
My long-time maker of ceramic dishes, decided to change their products, and the quality is not the same, so I decided to give Staub a try. I have made scalloped potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and baked candied yams so far, and everything came out perfect. I love my 11 inch oval baking baking dish, and have placed an order for a couple more dishes from Staub. Love the quality and style.
I bought this 9-inch baking dish as part of a set with the 12-inch one. It's been great so far for baking and microwaving. Yesterday, I steamed green beans in my microwave using this dish and they turned out perfect. The dish was just the right size for a side dish, and looks beautiful enough to serve out of. And cleanup was easy too - I love that it's dishwasher safe. Definitely glad I purchased it.
