Love the pure grill. The double handles on each side, makes it so easy to handle, as well as the lighter weight. Cooks just as well as the heavier styles, great heat retention, and perfect grill marks. Can be used on the stove top as well as in the oven. Love to butterfly a whole chicken, and roast in the oven, cooks in no time! Perfect for apartment and condo living, does so much and takes up hardly any space.

This 10" grill pan is perfect for chicken breasts, steaks, burgers and chops. We use it for grilled veggies and pineapple as well. Creates perfect grill marks just like you would get from an outdoor grill. Made in France, Staub cast iron is surrounded by 3 layers on enamel on the interior and 3 layers of a beautiful glaze on the exterior. No need to season these pots and they can even go in the dishwasher if necessary. Interior is slightly textured for a perfect brown or sear and easy release.

There, I said it! I’ve collected and put to high use cocettes and have come to prefer them over anything else. Totally makes cooking more enjoyable! The dark blue is a theme in my kitchen and I love it! Super excited for the grill for when it’s way too windy to grill out, or with snow. I’m going to try spatchcock chicken pretty soon. Great product that is definitely heirloom quality.

This is such a great round grill, perfect for bringing the outdoor grill inside. Whether it’s getting those amazing lines on a steak, to grilling pineapple to chicken and veggies, or even making paninis, the grills of the pan do a fantastic job of heating up and grilling your food thoroughly. Since it’s enameled, you don’t have to season it after using it, a great aspect of Staub cookware. The Cranberry color is unique and brings a nice pop of color to any kitchen.

I also didn't want the maintenance of traditional cast iron or the super heavy weight of these usually large pans, though their bottoms are flat rather than rippled. Then I found the Staub 10" grill pan which is smaller and so lighter in weight than other grill pans, plus the two loop handles make it super easy to maneuver. The enamel coating on the exterior and the interior surfaces means no maintenance but you still have the advantages of cast iron - the pans gets hot and stays hot after you add the meat or veggies. This is a beautiful pan but I had to return because of serious damage. This is the first Staub product that I've ever bought that didn't arrive in a product box from Staub. Also, the pan had a huge chunk of the enamel broken off one side of the pan. It also oddly had a piece of masking tape with some numbers written on it and stuck to another side of the pan. Very strange and not at all the quality I'm used to with Crate and Barrel. At this point, I can't say yes or no about whether to recommend this product. I ordered a replacement and hope it arrives in good condition!
This a another great Staub product. It will easily fit 4 chicken breasts, a cozy fit, but still works well. Trick to easy clean up is to make sure the pan is preheated before putting anything in it, including cooking oil. Cleans easily with hot soapy water. If that does not get the stubborn spots, place on stove top with baking soda and water, bring to low boil and all the black stuff lifts off.
This is perfect and I am now using it all of the time. It cleans easily (I saw some at the demo kitchen in a chain store and they looked pretty bad...I think they are not cleaning them well, then everything sticks on.) I either have my food items coated lightly in oil (avocado or olive) or I rub the grill top with oil. Food cooks wonderfully with the grill marks. Cleaning is a breeze. I usually put it in my sink with a little soap and water on it while i put away other items and then it cleans with minimal effort. It is smallish. I can cook 3 hamburger patties on it, 4 filets, 3 salmon filets. If I was regularly cooking for more people, I would go for a larger grill pan, but this one is perfect for my family of three.
Grill indoors with this cast iron grill pan. Great for grilling steaks, burgers, chicken fish or vegetables. The cast iron heats up evenly. Deep grates so the grease stays well below. The black enamel interior leaves you with nice grill marks. Good shape and size. Lighter than the 12" square grill pan.
I had wanted a grill pan for a while, so I finally jumped in and bought this one. It arrived in great condition, and was packaged well. The color is beautiful, I am in love! I followed the instructions, but the first time I used it, I got a discolored mark on the bottom of the pan and I cannot get it off. So disappointed! For the price I paid, I could not expect that to happen the first time. Honestly I haven’t used it since because I won’t want that to happen again or to the entire bottom of the pan.
