Seller shipped cracked iron knowingly. Packaging box also came dented. Furthermore, had to wait 2-5days for replacement via email. @SHOPPEE take note, transaction here replacement here too.. I don’t see why I need to provide my email and other info just to request for replacement. Go check your policies and shut them down. Went down to their office personally instead.. wanted to see their scammy operation. No apology given, replacement also cracked. 3rd change finally he went inside an office room to get me a proper one. Seller admitted all are refurbished. Tbh, -$10~ from original price not worth it. Would I have known, I’d stick with official Phillips with sale that would get me $77~.
