Bought this a yr ago. Top draw was always faulty but persevered until the cabinet fully locked and could not be opened. Technician said it was a manufacturing fault. Officeworks were excellent in refunding the item and organising a pickup.

From the time I unpacked this filing cabinet from its box, the top drawer has jammed. I wanted to buy new to avoid this problem. Could have easily bought second hand if I had been willing to put up with a draw that constantly jams.

First cabinet developed problem with locking mechanism (it became loose and wouldn't lock) within two weeks of purchase. Item returned and replacement received, but had exactly the same problem within days of delivery - lock could be pulled right out. Will be looking for a refund and not bothering with a THIRD one...very inconvenient and annoying!!
