Pros: Very good aesthetically. Nice videos. Delivery was awesome. I recommend the white glove because it comes already assembled. The device holder and cupholder is nice. The safety infrared sensor is nice too. Good space in between handles. Great for the price in comparison to other top steppers.Cons:Waiting for them to turn on Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. The touchscreen is SLOW to reactive touch in comparison to my tonal. I still have not figured out how to connect my AirPods. I wish there was just one more step. The steps are a little shaky sometimes in my opinion. I walked 100 flights and only reached 80 ft high (not sure if that's right). However, overall a good product...

Absolutely love the STEPR+ and bringing the gym stairclimbing experience home, one of the best purchases I've ever made!! It is a compact & space efficient footprint so it doesn't swallow up the room, and the operation is smooth & user-friendly with great safety features. The console is huge with excellent clarity, and offers an enormous selection of interactive and entertainment content with all the best streaming apps, on-demand classes, & virtual active courses. I'm confident that I will never get bored with, or lack motivation to use this awesome piece of fitness equipment!!

Really impressed with its sturdy construction. It feels more durable than my other cardio machines (I’ve got a rower, a treadmill, 2 x bikes and the build of STEPR is second to none).I love how it fits in my home! The 27-inch touchscreen is fantastic for classes and my personal favourite the entertainment is what sets it apart, far and beyond others. I can literally do a 45min watching YouTube and the time flys. The user-friendly steps still provide an intense workout (something I was wondering prior to using), better than my bikes or treadmill. The infrared sensors make me feel safe, especially when the house is busy, I’ve got 3 kids under 5 and give me plenty of peace of mind. For its price, the features and build quality are unbeatable, I did a lot of research ... It's a top-notch stair climber that's worth every penny.

I've been thinking about getting a stepmill for a few years now; once my recumbent bike finally bit the dust, I had space for it in my home gym. After looking at a lot of options, I chose the STEPR+ for several reasons- it would fit in my space (vertically and horizontally), I wanted the full LED screen, and the included workouts. I have to say this purchase was worth it. One of my favorite things is that unlike many other home fitness machines, you don't have to buy a separate membership to access the trainer workouts! I've tried several of them and they are fast but effective, and the trainers are upbeat but not annoyingly chirpy (I usually do Natalia or Trace's, but have tried a few others). My 12 year old daughter has started using it, and likes that she can stream Netflix, Prime, or Spotify while she is on it. It's definitely an investment and the most expensive machine I own, so I considered it worth it to also get an extended protection plan. If you're looking for a home stepmill, this is a really top-notch choice- just be very sure you measure your space vertically and horizontally!
Okay so just a couple mini complaints, it took FOREVER (over a month) to deliver the Stepr to my home, so that was a little frustrating. The steps are only about 4-5 inches in height… so you’re basically taking baby steps… the width of the stair is not wide at all… I didn’t measure but it’s probably about 15 - 18 inches wide… so if you’re a thick wide person, you’re very likely not going to fit …With all that said… OVERALL the Stepr itself is pretty decent. It’s well constructed; durable; heavy duty. It fit perfectly in my basement and my ceilings is only 7’9” (I was slightly worried because manufacturing recommends minimum 8’ … guess it helps to be a little short). Even though the steps are small, it still gets the job done… you definitely break a sweat.I’d ... In my preparations for the Arnold Classic, I have used the Stepr every single day and it has performed FLAWLESSLY! I wanted to make sure to give the machine and its use some time so I can give an honest review for anyone that may be thinking of purchasing this Stepr, so here it is. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! It has remained SMOOTH, QUIET, FUN and EASY to use. Hop on, hit Free climb, and GO! The extras the machine come offer are the proverbial “icing on the cake!” How cool is it to be able to watch your favorite YouTube channels or popular streaming services while getting your fitness on?! Seamlessly connect your music to the Stepr via Bluetooth or listen to the music streaming services provided as well. This truly is an incredible machine with AMAZING BUILD ... I would recommend buying the machine with the small screen and not the 27" display. I got the 27" inch display and has limited apps, very slow and mechanical. Seems like the operating system used isnt very good. The volume also locks up where it doesnt work and the entire machine needs to be rebooted which is a pain because you have to get off the machine to access the button. The stairs are a little low (5.5") but I get it the unit isnt a commercial unit. Step portion of machine works decent.
Love this thing! It is so convenient and sits in a perfect spot because of its compact size. The integrations with Netflix and other apps make it super easy to forget you are even working out. The classes, I assume will continue to improve, but so far are good when just getting started. I recommend this for anyone looking at great workout machines outside of the gym especially if you are considering other class-based home gym equipment.
I think it would be great if you could slide the stat bar to the left or right as additional options versus it only moving up/down. Reason being, when using the TV options (Hulu) and watching sports, a lot of times they have the team names, scores, shot clock, hole that the player is on (golf), etc in those exact spots. If you could adjust the bar to the left or right and just made the lettering smaller or abbreviated some of the words, it could fit without blocking the TV. Example, instead of Speed Level maybe just “Speed” or “SpdLvl”. You get the idea. Just my two cents but I do love my Stepr.
This has elevated my home gym. I’ve always gone to a commercial gym for a stair climber, and the fact that I could have some thing like that at home is a game changer for me. The features are what really stick out to me. I tend to watch Netflix or some sort of movie during my workout and to have it integrated with the machine is fantastic. I usually start on the machine watching and continue watching even when I’m not using the machine. It’s essentially a nice TV screen incorporated into a machine that was very impactful on my 300 pound weight loss. The set up was very easy, my wife and I took less than an hour to put it together. The instructions were clear, and the easy movable handles make it adjustable. We had to find the best place for it, and I had to move it ... MoreThis has elevated my home gym. I know many of us probably will consider a treadmill, row machine or elliptical. I truly believe the stair stepper that has been created, well elevate anyone’s fitness.
