The appliance arrived damaged. There was a dent in the side of the appliance. It looked well packaged so it was presumably damaged at the factory. Disappointing for a premium product.

Very simple, accessible controller on the side to manage scrolling through the available information and settings, not that anything needs adjusting with this unit. I was concerned about the lack of a built-in timer but it is so efficient it doesn't need one. After monitoring its low energy use through our existing solar system I have no plans to add an external timer. The smart element has kicked in only a couple times due to long showers but it only heats the top portion of the tank as needed so am very happy I went with the model that includes this feature. Excellent Heat pump and price was brilliant and unit delivered in under two days. Quieter than the previous model which lasted 12 yrs and booster function is also good to have when kids come home and have a bath in the old cast iron tub

Having done a lot of research on the best low energy unit to use with my new solar system, I decided the heat pump Unit would be an ideal match. One party warned me that they were noisy, however I run it on a timer from 10am to 3pm and you would hardly know it was going. Great unit.
We chose to install this unit in order to finally disconnect our natural gas supply, It has saved us around $200 per quarter in gas charges, with no noticable impact on electrical consumption. Really happy!
Have recently purchased a Stiebel hot water heat pump and to date it has performed well. Was surprised how quiet it operates and water temperature is hot but not boiling hot which is good on a safety level .Would definitely recommend now waiting to see how my next electricity bill goes.
So far so good. It’s not silent but pretty quiet. Wouldn’t install it close to a neighbour’s open bedroom window though. Plenty of hot water. We shower and use appliances in the morning so it mainly heats during a day on our solar electricity. Good display and handy boost control if very high demand.
The Stiebel Eltron Heat Pump Hot Water system I bought through Appliances Online is excellent. Beautifully engineered, quiet, works better than I expected and the price was exceptional. I was quoted $2,000 more from one supplier. Could not be happier!
Very good price from Appliances On-Line but some confusion over availability & delivery dates, but all worked out in the end. The WWK302H produces plenty of hot water. Too soon to tell how much it will save on the power bill.
