First the price of the paddle dropped $10 the day after I purchased it. Second there was a terrible smell when I unpacked , like formaldehyde. Mu house smelled terrible for a week.

Ive played for about 2 years, Im not even almost a pro but I do take the game more serious then the average player. Ive used like 10 different paddles including the stiga pro carbon stiga raptor stiga Titan some of their lower end paddles and a few other brand of paddles that Ive paid 2-4x as much money for and non of them have worked as good or felt as comfortable in my hand as the stiga evolution. I got these ones for 20 bucks a piece which is a steal. Any sports store will ask like 50. The rubber also lasts for a decent amount of time.

What a fantastic paddle! Was a little concerned whether this paddle would suit my aggressive playing style, but this paddle has far exceeded my expectations. My favorite part about this paddle is the ferocious speed that is generated with little effort, the ball flies off the paddle in a blink of an eye. Soft and very sticky rubber for maximum spin and receptiveness along with a light handle that allows me to smash the ball too. It also doesn't hurt to mention that this paddle looks even better than it performs. :)

Compared to the starter paddles we were using, Stiga Evolution paddles are exceptional in terms of control over returns or smashes and spins during serves. Not too heavy but feels sturdy and substantial. Recommended for intermediate players!
Great defensive racket. Spin and control are very good, but I felt the rubber slowed down a bit into my 3rd week. You can always change the rubber! The blade is 6-ply and very light. Very nimble. Short of carbon, every one of Stiga's "new technologies" is built into this paddle. I'm very impressed with this pre-assembled paddle. Highly recommended!
This paddle is an excellent choice for the beginner who wants a "better than entry level" paddle or the intermediate player who wants to work on some ball positioning moves and more advanced play. Paddle handles great and fits comfortably in your hand. The ball control and spin you get out of it is fantastic. Constructions looks very durable, too. Recommended.
I am very pleased with my paddle. Before this one I bought other brand dhs, which was heavier and return speed was slow with a cracking sound. With this paddle, I started shakehand but I can do both. before I was penholding. The paddle is much lighter yet it has the desired strength, sturdiness. I have to practice more to do justice to my paddle.
The control is overrated. The spin is okay. After couple hours of intense playing the I broke the handle. I just had to throw in the garbage
This paddle is really hard to compare to my last one, granted I bought it 23 years ago... it is lightweight and the rubber has significantly more grip than my previous paddle and I rarely feel out of control. It also lives up to the speed rating as I can really change the speed of the ball and still keep good control of my shots.This paddle renewed my passion for the game and I find myself eager to play everyday!

Initially I was skeptical, looked on Stiga Online packaging and distributor info matches on package to what’s available on official website.Usage - Been using over a month now, still sturdy as day 1. Good performance paddle, light weight, gives good control and adequate spin.
