Excellent Kit! For someone like myself just starting out it's fantastic and quite an easy process to start producing. For me I just make a sugar wash and when its ready use 4L at a time in the Air Still Pro on a reflux run with ~1/2 a cap of Conditioner and around 4 HR's later you have ~600ml of 90% (then dilute it down to 40% and put it through carbon to filter it). Also for giggles tried running 4L of nasty cheap fortified wine through a Pot run, amazed it produced clear 60% then I diluted it down to 40% and ran it through again using a Reflux run which produced 90% clean (and removed the nasty smell of the wine). For a small operation its great.

Being a beginner I found it very easy to use. I never expected it to be as good as it is. Following the directions was easy and simple. And I got out of it a really good end result. Only used it once so far, but I’ll be brewing up another soon. Definitely a 10 for me.
