I’m a repeat customer. I use flannels a lot without any problems. But this time they left the parcel behind my house. I live in a rough area and it was not where it was photographed ! I’ve been in touch with flannels and no reply!!!

My product cost me £240 very happy with the quality however £7 shipping on top of that seems unnessary and shouldn’t have to be paid for. This so called £7 service, left my parcel outside my house as i was absent which resulted in an expensive product being left in the rain for a while

As always great service and items from Flannels. My only complaint would be that the sweatshirt that I bought smelt 'old'. It had a smell like it had been in an old damp wardrobe. I had to wash it immediately which let me down a little.

Got a £200 stone island sweatshirt it came sent back next day as had white marks all over they said it was not a problem from there side ...would not exchange or give money back ....rip off

My daughter loves this jumper, the cotton fleece is very soft and the size small (although slightly over-sized for her size 8 frame) looks really good with her cargos. The grey colour is much better than the pictures.

Ordered payed for nxt day delivery 9.99 jumper didn't fit. Took it back to flannels in Bolton shop shut so then to Bury, no they can't expect it even though its from flannels.Had to pay 4.99 to send back won't be Ordering again

labels all covered in blue dye - was this used in a cash cassette robbery?! You're supposed to dye the germent then stitch the labels on after!
