After a laser treatment gone awry that severely burned and bruised my skin, this product has been a skin saver. Recommended to me by a nurse who participated in clinical trials on the product, it prevented infection on an open burn, and I believe it is actively minimizing the likelihood of scarring. 4 weeks after the burn, my medical team says I'm healing far better than expected.

Okay - this is an AMAZING product! Use as directed and it will change your skin - if you struggle from acne scarring, it is an AWESOME post acne healing product. It is awesome for after using a stronger home exfoliation product and works on wounds too. Healed up nose irritation that turned into a wound and would reopen etc - my husband will only use stuff that works and he keeps one on hand for these things. I could go on and on about it. Already purchased a larger size. I wish this product had been in the US years ago. So thankful to have found it now.

My plastic surgeon recommended this product to me to use on the incision points he made during a neck lift procedure. It's VERY easy to use and it acts like a bandage. And then later - he switched me to StrataDerm to make scars disappear. My doctor has the reputation as being the best so I trusted his judgement about what products I should be using to look my best and be a walking advertisement for him. A friend of mine had the same procedure from a different doctor and he recommended products other than StrataMed and StrataDerm and believe me - my "scars" are MUCH better than hers. Both StrataMed and StrataDerm are the supreme products.
I was given a tube of Stratamed from my Plastic Surgeon for a minor surgical process. It healed the sutured area extremely fast and left almost no scarring. Based on that experience I have been using Stratamed all the time for minor cuts and abrasions.
I got this on the recommendation of my dermatologist because I am highly allergic to all adhesives and needed something to form a barrier over an incision to remove a skin cancer. This worked well, though I had a hard time applying a small enough amount to get it to dry instead of remaining wet. It definitely did not bother my skin and my scar healed beautifully, so I recommend it.
...and I can see why. It seems to accelerate healing, and it's nearly invisible. It's very easy to use and dries quickly too.My only issue is that the cap cracked while closing. For the price, I would have liked a more robust cap. Fortunately, LovelySkin immediately sent me a replacement. That's incredible customer service, and I'll definitely be ordering skincare from this website again!
My 2 years old had a fall in daycare and need 6 stitches and glued up in hospital. I have applied this gel for 5 days from the second of incident and see amazing result. Not sure why all reviews are positive for this product, unless company is removing negative reviews. I purchased this product hoping to be able to cover small wounds (burns and cuts) instead of using bandages. The product has misleading claim that it will form a film. It will until the first hand wash that is. It washed off completely after I washed my hands and the burn was exposed. Iām better off using liquid bandage from drug store for under $5. I'm really hoping I can return this, as it is pricey and useless. Do not buy!
