Instead of trying to separate one out like a page from a book.Tips: I wash, dry and sanitize my old container then transfer half of the new contents to reduce contamination and drying out. I use gloves and cut a bunch in half with clean sanitized scissors for more targeted use. I keep a mini jar in my gym/beach bag. A little bit of work that helps a lot. I use this one product in many ways reducing waste and limiting my exposure to chemicals.Salicylic acid is oil soluble so (when needed) I dilute these with a few drops of skin oil on the individual pad for the lowest impact on the formula and the pH value needed to be effective.I could wish it was a bit more biodegradable and environmentally friendly but the container is type 2 plastic and easily recycled in most areas.This was lengthy but I wanted to let people know that even an old product is still relevant in today's marketplace with today's understanding of taking care of our skin and environment. My skin texture has improved with using this. I'm not quite sure if my acne is going away, since I'll still applying these pads on them and it's been several weeks, but I had some other small bumps on my forehead and nose that have gone away with using this.I leave the pads on my skin for several minutes, and then let it dry. If there is remaining product, I wipe the pads on my legs and arms. I only use these 2-3 times a week at night.I was a bit worried about using this on my sensitive skin but I have not experienced any burning, so I think they're pretty gentle. There is also not a strong scent. With 90 pads, I think I will be using this for a while, since I rip them in half sometimes. Hopefully with the jar packaging, it will keep the pads moist over time.

I've tried using stridex in various ways but the most important thing is to rub my skin in various different directions (gently) until all the liquid on the pad has been soaked in. I sometimes use a moisturizer over it and sometimes I don't. The simethicone leaves my skin smooth and honestly, even tho my skin feels a tad tight sometimes, leaving it as is without a moisturizer overnight allows my skin to de-clog over time. My skin has been the smoothest it's ever been for a looong time minus the large comedones. And I love the soothing menthol feel on the skin. The fragrance is so light, like a toned down vicks and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I will always use this as my go to salicylic acid skincare!
