I have been trying out a range of inexpensive pencils for students. I use these myself and am a Primary School teacher. Out of the brands I have tried Staedtler Noris, Giotto, Milan and Keiji, these are by far the best. The leads are soft (unlike the Staedtler which are terribly hard) and the colours highly saturated. While they are not the same quality as Prismacolour artist quality pencils , they are 1/10 of the price. They come in jumbo leads as well, which are equally as good.
