Sukin Super Greens Facial Recovery Serum 30 ml

This serum from Sukin is a must try if you are wanting an affordable, natural option to supercharge your skincare regime!\nI am on my second bottle of this and still use it a few times a week. I originally bought it to help put some life back into my dry skin. It actually ended up helping to clear my acne and minimise pre-existing scars!\nIt is an interesting crossover product. I'd repurchase it and use it when my skin needs some healthy, clean, nourishing ingredients, but I wouldn't use it as my primary anti-aging serum.\n

Great moisture and absorption

I have had good luck with several other Sukin products and love a good serum so decided to try this. When I first pumped it into my hand I was a bit taken aback as it was the consistency of milk and splattered all over. But once you know to expect that you can adjust and just not slam down the pump :) It's totally worth getting used to that because this goes on so nicely and evenly, really moisturizes, but once it dries (in the time it takes me to floss and brush my teeth) it doesn't leave a sticky residue. I'm in a hot climate and anything that doesn't absorb leaves me looking greasy, but not this--it's great under makeup. I use it morning and night on my face and neck. Coming back to order another bottle and maybe the Super Greens facial wash as well.

HOLY GRAIL SERUM!!!

I've never ever found *the* product for my skincare routine. To be honest, I don't really have much skin concerns, besides an oily T zone. I don't get breakouts, or many pimples, and when I do get pimples I tend to pop them which never results in a permanent scar. And that's why I'm constantly changing products just to try different things out rather than repurchasing things, not really know what I skin needed. But this serum is amazing!! Since using it, I've noticed my skin is even more softer and my skin texture has improved to being smoother. Any temporary scars that result from pimple popping heal so quickly!! I've only been using the product for a week so far but I know I'll definitely be repurchasing this again! The consistency is a lot more liquid than I'm used to with other serums but I like the way it feels when I massage it onto my face. I've even started using it on my neck as I've noticed that as I've gotten older the texture is looking a bit rough (like chicken skin!). I'm a bit unsure about the scent of the serum. It's not terrible, it's more that I just can't seem to pinpoint what kind of small it is. At first it smelt fruity, and now it just reminds me of candy. But it doesn't bother me too much as I'm getting used to it now.

Light, absorbs quickly and free of nasties

I know that oil is the cleanser/serum/moisturiser of the moment but my skin is dry dry dry and I have suffered from eczema since childhood. My skin is not a fan of oil, which it never absorbs, instead creating a film over my skin that leads to itching (even something as pure and as high quality as de Mamiel doesn't agree with me). So my use of serums has been rather limited. I bought a bottle of this on impulse right before the lockdown. No, it isn't a rich formulation but I have finally found a serum that sinks into my skin, prevents tautness, doesn't cause irritation and which acts as a nice base for my moisturiser. It lasts a nice amount of time and and doesn't cost the earth. I'm very happy with this product and have continued to use it.

Like Milk for my skin

I’ve been using this product for over a year now and I absolutely Iove it. I have sensitive, oily skin which breaks out when I wear heavy moisturisers that clog the pores. Sukin Super Greens Facial Serum provides the nourishing moisture my skin needs without the breakouts because It is lightweight and therefore does not clog my pores. It also does not cause excessive shine. I often joke that it is like milk to my skin. I highly recommend this product.

My favourite serum of all times

Absolutely love this serum. It is probably my favourite skincare product. I have been using it for almost 2 years and could not go without. It absorbs really well and really makes a difference to my skin appearance in comparison to using a moisturiser only. It makes my skin radiant without being heavy and oily. Perfect to be applied under moisturiser as part of morning routine. I usually start with Sukin Hydrating Mist Toner, apply the Super Greens recovery serum, then use Sukin daily moisturiser and my skin never looked better. I do need 2 pumps each time meaning that a bottle lasts about a month and a half for me so it can get a little expensive. That said product is often on sale so you can stock up.

Needs better delivery…

The product itself? 5 stars! The delivery? 3. It’s so milky and watery (which is great In my opinion) but the pump makes this skirt everywhere. It’s literally projectile squirting the serum lol. I wish this was in a dropper BUT that is my only problem with this product.

Review after 3 months

Three months ago I decided to take skin care seriously and wanted natural products, so I purchased an entire regime of just Sukin products (except for my acne spot treatment). I am a 26 year old female with combination, sensitive, acne prone skin. This serum is light, smells lovely, and genuinely improved the tone, evenness, and brightness of my skin. With deceiving advertisements and ineffective products in excess, I didn't think products that worked this well actually existed. HOWEVER... 4 stars because I received the Signature Eye Serum at the same time, and the consistency of this one was MUCH different. While the Signature Eye Serum is creamy, this serum was liquid; honestly, only a little thicker than water. I do not know if this is normal. Super natural serum

For my sensitive skin, I had been looking for some natural organic serum. I’ve known this brand, but never used the products before. Unintentionally I found this item on iharb. So I gave it a try, and it turned out to be good. My dry skin looks well so far. I use this serum after washing my face in the morning and at night. This consistency is kind of watery and not sticky in texture, has subtle natural aroma, and the color is whitish like milk. This serum absorbs into my skin smoothly. After this serum, I usually apply a toner and moisturizer. I’m going to see how it goes for a while.
