One thing I loved about this shampoo is I did not need a significant amount of the product to feel my hair and scalp clean and fresh; this is very important to me because I use a lot of moisturising creams that weigh down my hair and make it oily. On the other hand, it does not dry out the hair; I can still feel it soft and moistened. It also has a remarkably delicate but delicious aroma accentuating the cleansing feeling.

I loved the shampoo – it left my hair feeling squeaky clean and gave a great result. It had a nice scent but wasn't overpowering, which was good. I liked the packaging and loved the feeling that I was using a natural product on my hair. Would definitely recommend to others – have already done so!

vibrant, healthy and volumisingthis product saids everything it does on the bottle leaves your hair volumised, soft and smelling great, the pineapple and mango leaves you feeling refreshed by its exotic scents. It doensnt leave hair feeling oily or greasy and saids with all the vitamins and no added ingrediants in this product it really does leave you feeling great. There really isnt anything to improve I will definatly be buying again and trying there other products!!!
I've been using this shampoo for a couple of weeks and I believe there is a slight improvement in the fullness and feel of my hair, but it is not super noticeable at this early stage. I am also using the hydrating conditioner from the same brand, and I believe it is the combination of both that seems to be helping my hair. I would say though, I am not keen on the smell of this shampoo; it is quite subtle from the bottle, but under the water it becomes slightly pungent. I cannot smell it in my hair afterwards, which is good.
Lathers really well so a little goes a long way and leaves my hair very shiny, however it doesn’t have the wishes for volumising effect (others may have different results, of course). For better or for worse, the product doesn’t smell much of anything. Some may like this, but I would have hoped for a bit of a fragrance to be in there. For this price it’s great though!

That said I've always wished they'd combine the thickening formula with a volumising one, too - as fine hair gets into a habit of being weighed down. For that reason I was really excited to try the new formula to see if they'd managed it. Pros: The new formula is a lot thinner than the previous formula, which makes me think it's not as concentrated, but it works through the hair much better than before and it doesn't seem to have affected the cleaning performance. The fragrance is also not that pleasant - it smell like mouldy paint if I'm honest, whereas the other one smelled really nice - like chocolate orange. I will probably continue to buy it as it seems to do the job, but it does feel like you're getting a lot less in terms of ingredients for the same price. Also, they could do to sort the fragrance out as it really isn't the best!
I love this shampoo. I am currently on chemotherapy (which doesn’t cause total hair loss, just thinning) and wanted a very natural and gentle shampoo without all the nasty sulphates and Phthalates etc. i am so pleased with this shampoo. Honestly I can’t say it’s massively volumising, but it’s left my hair so much softer than other volumising shampoos I’ve tried, and much lighter feeling/less flat than it was- which I’m happy with. It smells divine! So naturally fruity but subtle. I will definitely buy again.
I'd previously left a 3 star review based on the new formula after a couple of uses but have come back to downgrade my review to one star. Annoyingly I can't update/edit my 1st review so am having to create a new one. After using this shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks it is actually terrible. It has made my hair straw like and dried my scalp out causing it to flake and have that awful crawling feeling it's so dry and itchy. Also it has caused my hair to fall out when washing! With the other formula I'd get approx 6-7 hairs fall - which when compared with sulfate shampoos etc is amazing. Brushing through after washing my hair with this new formula I found my hair brush would be full of my hair in a thick matted mess - awful! The shampoo smells lovely and is paraben-free. I don't need to use a lot of it what I really like, as well as it foams up really good. My hair feels nice, clean and soft. The only disadvantage I found is that I have less shiny hair compared to others. I think I won't buy again their volumising shampoo but I'll definitely try another shampoo of their collection.
