When I discovered that my skin responds well to ceramides, I impulsively ordered this lotion, and I haven't been able to live without it since. It pairs perfectly with Cerave's Daily Moisturising Lotion when combined. I'm particular about the products I use because my skin is so sensitive, and this lotion has been a delight. Doesn't irritate me and doesn't cause breakouts. This lotion has a pleasant, mild aroma that goes well with warm, summertime perfumes. My skin is not oily at all, but it looks and feels silky smooth. It gives me such a radiant health and over time has worked wonders to level out my skin tone. This lotion is incredibly moisturising and therapeutic.

A lovely skin treat

I’ve been using this cream now for a few weeks, it’s really nourishing and comfortable on the skin. Leaves no greasy feel and absorbs quickly. The scent initially is very heavy on the almond note (which is not my fave) then later it’s all vanilla which leaves your skin smelling deliciously sweet. A really lovely body lotion that I would recommend, however it’s down to personal preference in terms of scent. Would be lovely if Summer Fridays made a variety of scents for this lotion similar to their balms to appeal to a wider audience.

Luxury quality at a great price

My holy grail body butter was discontinued and I've been searching for something to replace it for months. I've tried everything from drugstore brands to luxury and finally found this one. It goes on easily, hydrates, doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin, and makes it SO soft. It smells like cocoa butter with a hint of vanilla and while it does fade after a couple hours, avoid if you hate those smells. This is my first Sunday Riley product and I am beyond impressed. Luckily I didn't have any issues with the packaging or the cap closing.

Makes every inch of my skin happy!

I really thought long and hard about this purchase because why in the heck would I spend almost 30 bucks for a little azz lotion?? I must give it props though. First, I love the squeeze top and the scent is nice (not strong - fades after 20-minutes). The smell is nothing that’s going to get you noticed on its own yet when I layer it with other coconut summer scents, it gives it something to grab onto - a mild amp up. I think what I am most impressed with is the formula. It’s so very hydrating. Whether I put this on while my skin is moist right out of the shower or using it as a refresher on my hands, arms and elbows - it makes my skin feel so smooth and supple. This is not for all-over body use - every day. I would love to use this all over my body daily but for the price, I will stick to using this as a hand lotion or my arms. If you use this all over your body daily, you’d be purchasing a bottle a week (maybe two). A reasonably priced, thick cream, in a larger container for the winter in an equally nonoffensive smell would be a winner (so it can be used on the entire body, daily).

Nice for summer

The i purchased this a few months ago. I love the packaging which is the case with Summer Fridays products. The tube means you can actually use all of the product. The consistency is perfect and sinks into the skin. Its the skin feeling soft and moisturised. The scent is vanilla-coconut and it relatively strong… which i like. If you do like a scented lotion, this one is pure perfection.

One of my favourite lotions!

I was apprehensive when initially going to purchase it because of the mixed reviews and the price, but it's been worth it for me. I know a lot of people have mixed opinions on the smell, but it's my favourite! It reminds me of summer and smells better the longer it sinks into your skin (and especially when you layer it with perfume). I find it very moisturizing (I have normal / combination skin). I applied right out of the shower and it kept me soft and smooth all day long. It's a must have for me and one of the few items I'll splurge on these days! Self-tanner (update)

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: The lotion smells wonderful and is emollient. However, I have put it on my skin in different places to determine whether or not it is causing my skin to have a fake tan, and, it is. I don't know if I received a bottle with defective product (and, as a result, it is an isolated thing), or whether the lotion actually does contain ingredients that dye/tan the skin. I am assuming it is the former since I haven't read any other review in which people complain that the lotion is causing their skin to have that unattractive, orange, fake-tan look.It should be noted that I have extremely pale skin. So many thoughts about a just OK lotion

First off, I just want to say this lotion smells nearly identical to the sol de Janeiro lotion in the teal container but without the awful sticky texture which is enjoyable (for me) .The cap is one that seems to be designed that once it's open it STAYS open. Like there's a little button seal thing on the cap and once you snap it open once it will never fully close again.It's a strange choice but I wouldn't say it's defective as every cap I've seen with the little indent on the inside also never closes once opened.The actual lotion is.. OK. It's very easy to spread on, but when it's on my skin it makes it feel warm? Which the sol de Janeiro lotion also does to me (specifically the teal one). Truly Addictive

I bought this lotion on a whim when I realized that my skin reacts very well to ceramides and I have not been able to go without it ever since. I mix it with Cerave's Daily Moisturizing lotion and they pair together so perfectly. I have very sensitive skin, so I'm picky about what I use and this lotion has been a dream. Zero irritation and doesn't break me out. I love the light scent of this lotion and it pairs well with warm, summery perfumes. My skin looks and feels silky smooth, but not greasy at all. It gives me such a healthy glow and has done wonders to even out my skintone over time. This lotion is so healing and moisturizing. Now I just need it in a bigger size!

I am really torn with this one. The formula is great, and the actual feel on the skin is amazing, it sinks in, is not sticky and provides lasting hydration. It actually feels really silky. it has been fine for my sensitive eczema prone skin and has not caused a reaction and I fine the price really good for what you get. The reason it looses two starts is because of the synthetic fragrance. If you are not used to, or do not like synthetic fragrance you will find this intense. It smells like cheap, coconut scented products you would use in your teens. There is no depth or even complexity to the fragrance, it literally smells like cheap, synthetic coconut which I find boring and personally do not like.
