Great purchase. Was a bit of a splurge but I was getting so annoyed with feeling the electric blanket wires through my mattress protector and I feel like traditional electric blankets aren't very breathable, hence opting to splurge on the wool top. It's been a dream to sleep on - I feel like it regulated my body heat throughout the night and super soft to lie on - no pesky wires here! It is pricey but in my opinion completely worth it.

Early days, seems ok, but the synthetic fitted part is so slippery that even new fitted sheets slip off the mattress. This product is so expensive that I would have thought this would have been thought of and corrected. I had also hoped Sunbeam would have read studies about blue light. Blue light inhibits sleep as it represents daylight. Big bucks!!! Who gets paid these big bucks for inadequate results?

Very good quality and the wool pile is lush! Sunbeam products are always a go to for us and don’t disappoint. This item cost a bit more but our cheaper one just lasted a year before it stopped working so we went back to this one. Plus you have the backing from Myer if there is a problem, which is a double plus and another reason we like shopping with Myer!

Absolutely love this blanket. Warm, even heat, super quick to reach temperature, dual controls are easy to use with a number of different settings you can easily read at night. It has the extra padding which does not diminish the ability to heat but adds additional comfort. I don't feel the wires underneath. Wish I’d bought one earlier.
I have had these electric blankets for years and have loved them. However, this one wrinkles up the sheets and itself, and I have to strip the bed every day to smooth it as I am worried that it could cause a fire. I contacted Briscoes and they referred me to take it back to the store that I bought it from. We had to return a stick vacuum (first ever return in over 20 years) to the Queenstown store and while they replaced it, the process was drawn out and not very friendly, so I am not keen to repeat the process.

I have used this excellent queen size woolen electric blanket each night to warm my bed on setting 4, and switch it off as i get into bed, it is so warm. Occasionally i switch it onto heat 3 early in the morning again for two hours or so. I am so completely satisfied with the blanket as the previous blanket could not be switched on when sleeping. It is an excellent purchase.
Had to finally replace my 22 yo Sunbeam electric blanket with a new one. Chose the same top of line model & couldn’t be happier. Heats super fast, great controls as easy to find in dark, & the wool underlay provides super comfort & extra layer of warmth. Highly recommend.
This is a lovely electric blanket. Heats up very fast. Only had it a month so far. It is fluffy and comfortable.Negatives are that the electrical cord attaches a fair way down from the top of the bed - about a quarter of the way down. It is very obvious and makes the bed look ugly. The other negative is that the blanket needs more heating strips at the top. Heating starts near the cord connection leaving your shoulder area cold.
My Sleep Perfect Wool Fleece Electric Blanket is great. This is my first electric blanket. I have a back injury and purchased the electric blanket to help with pain management during the cold spell. The electric blanket is a welcome comfort and I wonder how I ever lived without it. I was worried I would feel the wiring throughout the blanket but the wool cover is sooo soft and comfy. The hand control give many options and is easy to understand with built in safety.
