This was a real game changer for us. We are a family of 6 so making taco's or toasties was always a hassle. Now one shot and it's done. This thing is huge and the price was the best through online comparisons. Used Click -Collect and super happy with the service. Highly recommended.

One thing that always annoyed me is how the sandwiches get squashed by the presses, so I’d use a glass or something else to prevent that from happening. So glad Sunbeam has fixed that issue for me! Easy to adjust it to the height of your preference, I can now have perfect sandwiches, toasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Or squashed, if that’s what I’m going for. The thing is, it’s up to me to decide, not your press. I found that the heat is spread quite evenly on the top and bottom, so no sides are extra burned. I have the 6-slide one and highly recommend it if you have the kitchen space for it. You can make open wraps (I like them that way), pizzas and even grill things for the whole family. I think the next step would be for the press to have a ... Nothing to fault. Best purchase this year! We do hashbrowns, jebabs, steak, eggs, backn, sandwiches. The lever for adjustable height is amazing too

The Sunbeam 6-Slice Sandwich Maker is a generous size - great for larger households or those who like to cook complete meals on their sandwich press. The product feels solid (heavy) and well made. The sandwich maker has a shiny silver-coloured metal finish and black non-stick plates. The bottom plate is smooth and flat, and the top plate has a grill texture. There’s a section at the front of the bottom plate that doesn’t have a rim so it’s easy to sweep crumbs and bits of food off the plate when cleaning with a damp paper towel. My previous sandwich press had a rim the whole way around the plate which made it a little more tricky to clean. The lever on the right side allows you to set the distance between the plates so your food doesn’t get squashed too hard. The ... Loving our new sandwich press. Whether it's bread, sour dough, Turkish or flat wraps it toasts them perfectly. Even easy for the young teenage boys to use!!! Great with the lockable handle too. Easy to clean. Not tried cooking steak yet but can see it cooking it perfectly too.
This was a bit of an impulse buy. I had never seen such a large grill like this before and I was curious! I have of course first used it for toasted sammies and it's cooking ability for that is above reproach! I have also cooked a full breakfast on it and that went very well too. I am very happy with my purchase.
This is a 'must have' appliznce for every kitchen. It not only cooks up to 6 toasted samdwiches but handles grilling steak, eggs and kebabs perfectly. The infinately adjustable lid means no flattened food and the raised top grill and flat bottom plate give steak that chef look.
This grill has THE BEST non-stick – meat, veggies, bread – none of it sticks which makes cooking on it so much easier. The cooking area is large enough to cook a full meal for 2 on and the control level means the lid can be placed exactly where you need it. Maximum heat with no squashed food. The drip tray is good but the plate isn’t slanted which means the excess oil does sit on the plate. The drip tray does make it nice and easy to clean up though. Overall it’s a great all round grill which heats up quickly and easy to clean.
This is a fantastic sized sandwich maker. Plenty of room for making those toasted sandwiches on the weekends when friends or family pop in unexpectedly. We also use it during the week for quick dinners. Easy and fast clean up being nonstick. Great product worth the moneyI would recommend this product.

The top plate folds downward and inwards to keep mess inside the plates whilst the bottom plate has a front opening to remove extra juices. The level adjustment is superb which mean that your steak will not be squished unnecessarily. The stand feature is great but it tilts and given its size, it looks unstable. The plates look so generous when you open them up. The bottom is flat and the top is ribbed so you get the best of a flat sear and grill marks. Huge bonus !. The detached drip tray does not feel as high end as the rest of the grill. The top plate made beautiful sear marks on cooked steak and ... The generous plate size allows multiple eggs and toast to be made at the same time that is very convenient on time and space. Heavy but the handle made it easy to handle. Overall a great addition for large families.
