I bought this kettle about a month ago and I’m absolutely loving it. Firstly, it looks fantastic on the bench. It’s very modern and stylish. Secondly, it’s reasonably quiet for a kettle and doesn’t wake the house in the morning. Thirdly and most importantly, it makes a brilliant cuppa. There’s no plastic/ reboiled taste with this beauty. Very pleased with this purchase!

Not sure why Sunbeam has done this but the matching jug and toaster set are not matching, they’re different colours. Have gone to Farmers to check this is the way it is and it is. The jug is white and the toaster is cream. Definitely noticeable, but disappointing..

The kettle is very user friendly with its sturdy handle. I love the matt finish & it's a great shape. My only disappointment is when you open the lid to refill or empty the kettle,water from the inside of the lid drips onto the outside of the kettle or onto your hand or bench
I really did love this kettle when I first got it back in September 2021 but just today I went back to return it as it was rusting inside, peeling on the handle and also rust near the switch. Was very disappointed with the price you pay for it it only lasted 10 months. Good thing is I exchanged for a different model!
Minimalist look that fits in with my kitchen. I didn't want the automatic lift up lid in case the mechanism wears out in which case I couldn't lift the lid. Boils super fast. Has a light at the indicator panel making it easy to read and it's a big but light kettle. Indicator panel is robust fitting and appears to be leak proof since it's well fitted into the side . Easy to pick up and hold because it has a robust handle for a good grip. Why pay more for features you don't need. So it's also offered at a good price point. Neat classic design with basic features that should serve me well for the years to come.
My sunbeam white kettle works quietly and efficiently. Previous kettles were heavy and at times were a concern for safety. This kettle is light weight and it has a well designed spout which allows you to accurately pour the water. A great safety design. I chose this kettle for the design. It is different from other kettles and I particularly liked the shape and it’s nifty chrome nob on the top of the lid gives it style. Price was affordable with a warranty.Recommended.
I bought it January 2021. I didnt use much at all. The quality is not good . Started peeling where the handle is.Looks like it is over 3-5 years old. I actually expected a better quality as I paid 120$ .. I just couldnt find the receipt as I bought it online.I couldnt find any email either but I have a record with Myer.
If you want a kettle that will suit the look of all kitchens, then this one is for you!I love the Matte color- it looks so stylish and really is a great, fast boiling kettle which leaves no aftertaste and is reasonably quiet.It feels strong and sturdy and boils quickly. It is sleek and looks really lovely, matched with the Sunbeam Alinea 4-Slice Toaster .A kettle which you are happy to leave out and not hide away in the cupboard, because it looks so lovely!
The kettle is fine, but I don't like the aluminum sides of the toaster which leaves smudge marks. The photos do not show the sides are not in matte white like the front of the toaster. Very disappointing.
