Works great. It is compact and not too heavy. The adjustable feature is good for about up to a 6 foot person. the cushioning is just right. I would highly recommend this item.

Perfect. I am 5'3". I sit at work all day so need to do back hyperextensions more often than I can get to gym. Bench is perfect and good for price, very nice quality. I also bought tribe resistance bands and Brinx heel straps so that I can do hamstring Glute kickbacks using the front of the bench with the door stopper that came with the bands and they work great!! (The weights in the picture are for holding, they are not necessary to steady the bench as it is very sturdy.)

The assembly took time and strength but was straightforward. Lightweight, foldable and easy to move around. Can be “adapted” for reverse hyperextention with extra pillow. Still You get what you pay for. The pad is quite firm, guys beware. May not be suitable for shorter users. Definitely not a gym level equipment but works just fine for average home gym
The item is not made for people of average height. I’m 5’6 and it’s way too short for me. It’s also very unstable. Where the handles are make no sense just very disappointed in this purchase. Should’ve kept the box so I could return.
Straightforward assembly instructions, and all the parts were included. Solid construction. Works like the Roman chairs in the gym. Highly recommend.
Great cust. service. Excellent quality. Easy to build. Works as shown
I decidedly rate this equipment with 4 stars. Upon unboxing the instructions are 5 steps to completion. However I needed no less than my bench vise, and two closed end 17mm wrenches to complete the job. The provided wrenches are "Child's Play". In use your feet have to be planted on the floor stand or it will tip over and cause injury! Beware.
The gap between the legs balancer and the main frame leaves much to be desired. Either a bigger foam support is provided and included as an alternate option in the package for the feet unit, or the support frame is shortened. The main seat appears to be designed only for women. I am a man, and there is no gap provided in the seat to make room for my male jewels (balls) whenever i lean face down to exercise.
This roman chair is inexpensive so you should have reasonable expectations. On the plus side the chair arrived well packed with all its parts in good condition except for the round calf pads which were somewhat crushed. Assembly was straight forward, the necessary tools are supplied, thought the instructions could be better. Overall the chair feels sturdy enough for home use. On the minus side I feel the chair is too tall even at its lowest setting. I’m 5’9” and I have it all the way down. If you have short legs I doubt you will find it usable. I also don’t like the single flat pad at the top. I’m a guy and I find it puts a lot of pressure on a sensitive area. The chair at my gym has a split pad at the top which is much comfortable.
