Definitely a nice piece of equipment for the money. Easy to assemble. The resistance isn’t completely what I hoped for, but again, high-quality piece for the money. Is definitely a good machine for someone who is a beginner.

It is a good machine for the value, especially for those who is not "exercise fanatic" and use it moderately to stay in shape. My only "pet peeve" is that machine is too low to the floor and even adjusting foot lever doesn't help much, so when you sit down - you really need to bend those knees and really get down (hence, only 4 stars). But I am 67 years young. Maybe it's not an issue for someone younger. But in general, I am using it every day (sometimes twice a day) and really enjoying it!

It took me an hour and forty-five minutes to assemble this rowing machine. I am elderly and have health problems and the light is dim in the living room where I did this. The instructions are very detailed and in small print. I made a few wrong moves and had to redo part of the process, adding to the assembly time. Some of the parts are quite heavy, so it was hard for me to lift and attach them. I highly recommend a helper if you can find one. The machine, once assembled, is just what I expected and definitely a bargain for the price, even taking into account the long and difficult assembly process.
