High arches? Hardly. My arches did not feel supported like other, generic orthotics. I literally just realized, that the "high arches" is meant to describe my feet, and not the insoles themselves. No wonder I hated them. Now I wonder if it is too late to return them, they have only about 30 miles on them. One 15 mile day about killed me. I was hobbled for a week, just before taking a multi-day backpacking trip.I will say the build quality is high. The fit is true in terms of length. The arch description did not work for me.

Other than the Superfeet custom molded insoles, these are the most versatile and supportive insoles. I have them in almost all my shoes from every day shoes to backpacking shoes. The green are for those with a medium to high arch. Those with completely flat feet or a very low arch would prefer the black. Getting the wide and cutting them to fit your shoes is paramount, since the regular width won't fill out a true foot shaped shoe like the Altras. These insoles last for ages, support and align your entire skeleton from the bottom up, and help to prevent ankle injuries. LITTLE KNOWN FACT: Ankle support does NOT come from high top shoes - it comes from a properly supported and secured foot.

I had high hopes based on lots of positive reviews. However I found the arch to be set too far back. The sole fit perfectly in my trainers and fit my foot nicely outside of the trainer (e.g. heel well placed and arch perfectly supported). When using the insole in my trainers, my heel is not at the very back of the shoe but the insole expects it to be. This ends up with my heel being on the arch support. This left my heel feeling extremely sore and my arch not being fully supported. I tried trimming the insoles down a bit so that I could push them forward in the shoe, but didn't want to go to far as I was worried about them slipping if smaller than the shoe. In the end, this didn't help. Hence I'd suggest if buying these you have a chance to try them in your shoes ... MoreI had high hopes based on lots of positive reviews. PROS:Readily available - shipped next daySizes - found my needed extra width with no issues and I actually had to trim them a bitCONS:Cost - 5x more than my old memory foam inserts - though I would expect these to last longer and they do give far more support.Squeaks- These are the loudest insoles I've ever owned.I can see where these might be beneficial for others with more prominent issues. I had a lot of calf and knee pain and my doctor recommended these. I can't say that I've noticed much of a change in the reason I bought these. In fact, a week of changing up my stretches and wearing different shoes seems to have helped my pain far more than switching to these. I do know that my shoes are a LOT "squeakier" with these inserts and that's pretty annoying.. ... MorePROS:Readily available - shipped next daySizes - found my needed extra width with no issues and I actually had to trim them a bitCONS:Cost - 5x more than my old memory foam inserts - though I would expect these to last longer and they do give far more support.Squeaks- These are the loudest insoles I've ever owned.I can see where these might be beneficial for others with more prominent issues. As to comfort and or lack of pain at the end of the day: I think the much cheaper memory foam inserts that I used to buy work just as well for me.
I purchased the superfeet green to help eliminate foot pain at the recommendation of an REI specialist. It did nothing for the pain that my doctor says is from plantar fasciatis and made it worse. I tried several times to use the insoles but got the same reaction each time. I need cushion as well as support. These insoles provide no cushion at all because the plastic foam is very stiff. I can hold the toe end and they will stay at almost level with little bend. I do not recommend these insoles at all. I didn't realize there is only a 60 day return policy which I was not told or informed in print that I saw or I would have returned them. And why can't I add a photo with this review?
I have used Superfeet Green for many years. Recently moved to Trailblazer Hikewhich are much better for me I tried the Green Run Superfeet allegedly high arch but am not convinced. The Arch sits quite well back on SF insoles but its better than most. I now at 64 suffer from some Metartsalgia and early onset Mortons Nueroma. I have today walked in a pair of Superfeet Active Cushion High Arch insoles and I am instantly super comfortable. The difference is incredible Why Victor do you not stock this item truly the most comfortable Insole I have ever worn and I change my insoles 3 x per year easily Pls source these size F Great CS from Shoe Insoles.co.uk Thanks Victor
The Superfeet Greens are disappointing given all the praise and high cost of the product. My primary complaint is these inserts are incorrectly formed at the the position of the arch; therefore, when wearing the inserts the arch of the insert sits back, under the side of the heel instead of directly under the arch of the foot. (I've seen this same complaint from other reviews of this product at other websites). The incorrect position of the arch creates an annoying, not-comfortable fit. I missed the 60-day window for returning these inserts which adds to the disappointment, especially given the $50+ price tag. I do not recommend this product.
I discovered these insoles by a Dr. who recommend I use them. I went to him thinking I needed a hip replacement. lol. As soon as I got these insoles and put them in my shoes, the pain in my hip went away! No kidding. Every time you wear out a pair of running shoes or tennis court shoes..or any shoes, replace them with a new pair of these insoles. That said, they are pretty hard to wear out. They make different ones for different issues. I have a high arch and planters fasciitis.
Terrible customer service at Expert Voice. In 10 years I have never had a package stolen from this address. Expert Voice won't provide a refund without a police report. I'm not wasting PDs time and resources over $40. If not refunded or shipped a replacement product I will never order anything from Expert Voice. The money I saved on the boots was wasted on this purchase. Stick with Amazon! They have a reliable delivery service and don't treat you like a criminal when your product is not delivered! Will never ever use this company again.
These insoles did not work for my feet at all. Uncomfortable to start, but figured I just needed to get used to them. Halfway through the work day my feet were in pain, like couldn't stand or walk pain. When I got home I ripped them out as fast as I could and switched backed to the Powersteps Pinnacles I normally use. It took a few days for my feet to stop hurting from the bruising these caused. I guess they just aren't for me. FWIW, I have been using Powersteps for years with good results but wanted to try something new and had heard great things about Superfeet.
