I have extremely flat feet and I usually get foot cramps and knee pain at the end of a day on my feet.I had to buy expensive running sneakers because they had the best arch support in them. The problem I had, was the support sole in the sneakers would "wear out" before the outside of them. I looked at pharmacy for supports but no arch support ones were offered. So I decided to try Superfeet run support. The price was a little high at $50+, but I was ready to try whatever I could get rid of my foot and knee pain.I use them in my Saucony Cohersion runners. They were easy to trim using the soles from my current ones and easily moved from one pair to another. (I always have 2 pairs of sneakers I switch off using for better wear. I started wearing a half size bigger to accommodate a support sock and for better use as a walking sneaker) It took a few days to get used to the arch support bc my feet do start to go pidgeon-toed b4 the support. But I experimented wearing different socks and my feet got used to the adjustment in a day or two. The supports helped my feet immensely. No more foot cramps or aching feet at the end of the day! I wear my sneakers for at least 12hrs a day running after toddlers. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use superfeet forever!!

I have used Berry insoles for my long distance running shoes for at least 8 years. I was totally satisfied and the insoles lasted over 500 miles. Within the last year I discovered and purchased the Women's Comfort version of this Berry insole. What a mistake. They were really comfortable to start but after about 50 miles the berry top began separating from the foam underneath. I tried glueing but it just got worse. After about 200 miles large patches of the berry top had totally worn away. These non smooth surfaces make them unusable as blisters are likely to form where it is rough and uneven. For an insole that costs $55 this is ridiculous.

I recently purchased a pair of Superfeet shoe insoles because I needed something thin to fit in my close-fitting shoes. After using them for walking around at work, where I am on my feet all day, they proved to be very comfortable and supportive. However, after wearing them for standing up for two or five hours each day, the pressure began to cause some discomfort in my feet. So now I only use these insoles when walking and plan on purchasing an Orange style insole which provides more support under the heel of your foot while standing still. Overall, these are great insoles if you're looking specifically for something that will provide good energy return during walking activities but may not be suitable if you need long periods of time spent stationary as well as ... MoreI recently purchased a pair of Superfeet shoe insoles because I needed something thin to fit in my close-fitting shoes. With so many choices i called customer service. Talked with Beth, told her what i needed and she suggested these. I never would have picked these for hunting boots. Hanwag makes a great boot but they are not made for an average American foot in my opinion. I have very little room for an insert and the stock ones are a joke like most boots. These fit perfectly and have made a notable difference. Thanks Beth and superfeet.
I suffered from planter fasciitis on and off for years and spent thousands at the podiatrist. Getting painful shots in my heal and arch. VERY painful. And the $400 custom made orthotics. Then a friend told me about these. I tried them and BAM, no issues from my first pair in 2006 till I ever have to stop running. I also have another model of Superfeet that i wear in every pair of my work and dress shoes.
I’m a longtime user of the classic Superfeet and this version is a definite improvement. It’s made out of better materials and the actual arch is better melded into the upper. The old version had a serious flaw, the glue would give out after a few months and the plastic arch was difficult to reattach. These are providing me with excellent support and are holding up under heavy use as I backpack, hike and run. Thanks for improving your product, Superfeet!
I'm a woman who is currently 186lbs and 5'4". I walk for the most part, but I am trying to get back into running. I tried these and the green Mens version. For me, the Mens worked better. My feet don't hurt with the Mens. After a couple of hours/miles, with the Womens I want my shoes off and the bottom of my feet are sore. I don't think it has as much padding as the Mens version. I was a pronator and now I'm in a more neutral shoe.
This is my second pair of Super Feet. They were originally recommended to me by the running shoe store salesperson for my Brooks running shoes. I was skeptical at first, wondering if SF could really help with my Achilles’ tendon pain. And since SF are not inexpensive, I figured it would probably be a one-and-done purchase for me.However, Super Feet did help to relieve the tendon discomfort and provided additional support. I experience serious pronation and adding Super Feet to my running shoes appears to aid with combatting pronation. If you don’t mind spending the money on good footwear and want to add that something extra for comfort and support I highly recommend Super Feet inserts.
I tried to use these insoles with my Altra Vanish Carbon shoes, size 45. Altra’s toeboxes generally run larger (which is why I bought those shoes) but nevertheless they are regular width. The Superfeet insoles were up to 1/4” too narrow in certain sections compared to the insoles that came with the shoes. I had to send them back. Why doesn’t make Superfeet them just a bit wider? That little bit of extra material can’t cost much.
My therapist recommended the run comfort insoles to help with my ankle/arch problem because she uses them herself. Wear these on a daily basis. Without these insoles, I can not go on long walks or even short walks. I use these insoles with my gogo mat Skechers sneakers. Way better comfort than the inserted Skechers gogo mat insoles. It provides lots of support for my ankle/arch problem. It helped me cut down on my MFR Therapy appts. Plan on purchasing 2-3 more for my other pair of sneakers. Highly recommend.
