These running insoles are a game changer! I have gone through so many running insoles. The running insoles I have bought prior to Super Feet either worn out quickly, or at the end of my run my feet and shins hurt. The run comfort plus definitely relieves pain, and after I go running my shins and feet's aren't screaming in pain anymore. I have a pair in my daily work shoes, I have a pair in my running shoes, and I have a pair in my hiking boots. Best Insole Ever, thank you Super Feet!

Bought these to replace my Superfeet custom inserts. Honestly, I like them better. Granted, I began using them with new Brooks Ghosts, but the combo seems to be better than my last set (Superfeet customs with new Brooks Ghosts).Suggestion for SF - retention of custom scans would be favorable as having to go back for a rescan to order another pair seems counter productive. In this case, it led me to perhaps a better solution for me anyway. So, perhaps a blessing in disguise.

I decided to try the Superfeet pain relief version, but this product did not really do anything for my specific problems. If I had the extra bottom support in my shoes I was in even more pain. I am still a huge fan of the green Superfeet as recommended to me by both a podiatrist and physical therapist. They are better for my specific issues and I should have known better than to tempt fate, but at the time I was in a world of hurt and desperate for any relief from my case of plantar fasciitis and bone spurs on my heels. One specific issue I have with the pain relief superfeet style is they are less firm under the foot pad than the green. Consequently when I wore hiking, I could feel every rock. Some might like that, but I am not. I can't say I would not recommend as ... MoreI decided to try the Superfeet pain relief version, but this product did not really do anything for my specific problems. I suffered from planter fasciitis on and off for years and spent thousands at the podiatrist. Getting painful shots in my heal and arch. VERY painful. And the $400 custom made orthotics. Then a friend told me about these. I tried them and BAM, no issues from my first pair in 2006 till I ever have to stop running. I also have another model of Superfeet that i wear in every pair of my work and dress shoes.
I was excited to try these as my feet have started to hurt after walking two miles on hard surfaces. I tried the heal supports, but they pushed my heal up so far it put too much pressure on my toes, so I took them out. The arch support felt stiff and odd the first day I wore them, but my feet did not hurt after walking 2.5 miles. When I walked the next week, the arch support did not feel stiff anymore and my feet felt great! So glad to have these!
I am slowly improving from two months experiencing tarsal tunnel foot pain. After two days of wearing these inserts in my orthodic shoes, my foot felt so much better! These insoles have the features my doctor recommended- raised and supportive heel well, arch support that fit into my arch and a wide toe bed. They were cushioned throughout and very comfortable. They were also a fourth of the price of a custom-made orthotic. I figured if these insoles didn't work at this time, they'd be a good backup for later on. No need however to go the custom route. I very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.
I bought the RUN Pain Relief Max insole in the hope that it would relieve the pain in my left knee whilst running. Unfortunately, it seems to have made the problem worse. I initially placed the heel stability stabilisers into my trainers and both my feet felt as though they were being pushed to far up and out of my trainer. I kept tightening my laces to stop my feet slipping out the trainer. After eight miles and two rather large blisters and aching feet especially my heels I gave up. I decided to remove the heel stabilisers on my second run and I placed them into a different pair of trainers, again I experienced the same issues and I started getting further pain in my left knee. I tried to persevere a few more times with different trainers but to no avail. I was hoping after reading all the positive reviews that I may have finally found a solution to my knee problem but unfortunately these insoles are just not for me. I feel a little gutted after spending a lot of money on a product that has caused me blisters, sore feet and made my knee pain worse.
I was a half marathon runner for a few decades and got a severe case of platar fasciitis in 2018. I always wear very high quality running shoes for a slight overpronation issue I have. I was shut down running for over 2 years. I tried to get back doing small runs all with extreme pain. I bought these from a local running store along with some very high quality shoes and started out easy for months. I eventually got back to a decent pace and reasonable mileage. I will only put shoes on my feet with these insoles from now on. Maybe it was time that healed my feet? But after years of not running, putting these in my shoes and running miles, I jave to think these are the answer.
Support, comfort, and quality seem great and what I was hoping for and needing. There are two things I’d love to see improved or changed. They are noisy, lots of creaking sounds as I walk. I am wearing with the additional heels supports so that may contribute to the noise. And they don’t have wide enough toe boxes for the shoes I wear so my toes rub on the edge of the insert. I wear them in Altra running shoes which have wide toe boxes.Even considering those two issues, I’d buy them again.
I'd been having increasing heel pain for a few months, and after some research and my doctor's recommendation, I bought these. I've waited a month to review them so I could be certain of their effectiveness. Pain GONE!!!!! I did nothing else besides wearing these insoles except to massage my heels and soles (when I remembered to). I am most grateful to be able to walk without pain once again. I had plantar fasciitis pain years ago, and the same thing happened: after using Superfeet for a few weeks, the issue healed and I had no more pain.
