I purchased the laptop for my daughter. The laptop looks great and mostly works well until attempting to run the scan function to the Brother printer. They will not connect. Research on the internet informed me that ARM processors are not compatible with Brother and other brand printers and scanners. This does not seem to be a new issue and if known, I would have purchased a different laptop. I have attempted to use Microsoft scan app to work around the problem but this does not work. It is hard to believe that this technological nonsense can occur and continues to occur.
