I needed to kickstart my healthy eating so first I need to get back to a goal weight and then start eating right. I have a huge problem with portion control. So the shakes for breakfast and dinner are the perfect way for me to 'diet'. I make a big salad for lunch and have either roast beef or chicken with it and then my most problematic meal (dinner) is taken care of - no over eating, even if i was to make a healthy dinner I would probably still eat too much. The shakes control my calorie intake and soon I can start to plan my meals and stick to them to stay at my goal weight. That's my plan!

Great click and collect works perfectly....The Hospital formula works a treat, been trying to get some weight gain for my 20yr old son, as he is quite wiry, (always has been) and adding this 2 times a day as supplemental meals, is working a treat. Thant and the Coffee and Chock flavors are so tasty he loves them. Thanks

I relied on Sustagen after oral cancer made it difficult for me to eat normally. I particularly like the neutral flavor, which tastes just like the milk it mixes with. Now that I am living in the US I have to pay shipping costs which just about equal the product cost - but I can't live without this wonderful product,
I like to always have some of this in the cupboard as I often struggle to eat enough and get too tired to cook an actual meal sometimes. I love this coffee flavour especially as when I am not in the mood to eat I also don’t want something too sweet. This is easy to drink and gives me energy and nutrients when I have little appetite. I like it with warm/hot water and a little milk.
Bought this product for my ill Father in hospital. Was a great alternative to iced coffee, when he wasn’t able to consume solid food.
Due to a medical condition I find it hard to bulk up and get my necessary vitamins and minerals. This is a well balanced formula, ticked all the boxes for me and really tasted a lot like coffee. Mungo likes coffee! Delicious and it helped me gain a little extra weight when combined with a sensible diet.
I have been buying this for a few months now. It is definitely the best product of its kind, representing the best value for money and providing an extra nutritional boost for me and my family. The only downside is that I don't find it particularly 'filling' as a meal replacement, and find myself quite hungry a short time after consuming. I am not using it to lose weight, but would appreciate if it had a slightly higher protein content in order to work effectively as a meal replacement option. Other than that, it's great!
