Good healing and itch reduce the salve however its not a miracle cream as such.
My son almost 2 developed a rash...did some research on natural remedies and this product ticked most of natural home remedies...gave it a go and in 2days my sons rash disappeared. Definately recommend this product for itching,rashes.
