I used this after I had my daughter, they told me to take sitz bath and it worked wonders! It helped me heal faster and was pretty affordable!
I like to add this to my weekly "mommy time" baths. I also add bubbles. But the Epsom salts really help in softening my skin and helping with any irritations i may have.
