I really liked this biotin. Instead of ordering expensive pills for hair loss, I decided to try just biotin. My hair loss stopped completely after a month of taking it and I saw new hair growth. The pills are small, easy to swallow/fast disintegrating, sweet, and have a pleasant taste.In my case, hair loss was caused by moving to a city with hard water. My hair is bleached blonde. I am female, 34 years old. Perhaps for those with more serious hair loss causes, these pills will not help. But for me they turned out to be very effective. I will order more.
