The "mother" is a complex of proteins, enzymes, fiber and friendly bacteria that give it a cloudy appearance but adds to its nutritive value. I’ve been drinking it for less than a month, so I can’t talk about the results yet. Overall, probably you will not see huge results if you don’t combine it with balanced diet. That’s what I’m working on right now.Plastic packaging is convenient opposed to the glass one I used before - I don’t have to worry if it falls off the shelf in my pantry and shatters into pieces. Probably will buy again.

Hard to compare the quality to Braggs apple cider vinegar. They are the gold standard and you go in with a bias even if you try not too. Ingredients are what they say they are. Tasted like apple cider vinegar. Didn’t quite taste like Braggs, hard to place what was different. Will still use for hair rinses and beauty uses.
