L-Carnitine is a great and useful, valuable Amino Acid which I have read about and used since around 1972 for heart health / fat burning / energy. To me, this is a good news / bad news situation. I am totally a fan of L-Carnitine. I am totally in favor of using it, which I do. That's the good news. The bad news is that L-Carnitine is very hygroscopic and difficult to manufacture into tablets or capsules that remain user-friendly in spite of the addition of desiccant packets in the bottles with the pills. It has been my experience that the tablets become moist, sticky, and crumbly, making them messy and difficult to handle and swallow. So I take my L-Carnitine in liquid form, which works great for me. The best quality, the best ingredients. I used Medic's recomendation to chose this brand of L-carnitine so i know I will bet the best benefit.Big package, so you will use this supplement for quite a long time in your daily diet. the pills are big size, but not difficult to use, The taste is ok.

try to eat healthy , but not all the time . go to gym and keep active , but i still seemed to gain a bit of weight , tried this product earlier and my weight was constant. i stopped and i gained weight but nothing else changed, except older. started again and weight loss again. very happy .
if you can google webmd you will see their excellent review of this product and its many uses. I take this product daily and have for years. I have found that the dosage is weight dependent, and that swanson has a rather low dosage of this product in the capsules as they are being very conservative. Most medical websites that I have read said that a dosage up to three grams per day is a good one, and that would be 2 of the swanson capsules 3 times daily. This product has a variety of uses that may be seen in the webmd. one should also always check with the doctor to see if taking this product might be contraindicated with something else you might be taking. I do hope this helps.
This L-Carnitine works well with my workouts but I can’t put them in my pill container. They collect moisture and crumble. I leave them in the jar with the cotton and use them as needed. I find it helpful to change the cotton occasionally. They do work. They are just a little inconvenient. They are in tablet form to. I think next time I’ll look for capsules.
