This is the best quality K2. They made it very small size for easy swallowing. I have this K2 with calcium. And I feel definitely K2 helps for better absorption of calcium. It is big benefit for both of them.

I take this as a supplement to help with bone health alongside medication for a medical condition.It was good to find a higher dosage! I take it twice a day, 12 hours apart, alongside liquid calcium and vitamin D3 and my medications.It has so far prevented loss in bone density for me -- and as an added side effect my teeth and gums feel great!

Cute little bottle with small easy-to-take capsules. I bought it on a trial basis since it was on offer (and the comments from other reviewers were positive). Currently pairing it with vitamin D to enhance calcium absorption (for bone health). Comparable with similar supplements in terms of benefits. I do love the fact that it is derived naturally from natto in the MK7 form.

I've taken Vitamin K2 as a catalyst along with my nutritional supplement program for many decades. I found this 200 mcg. product among Swanson's listings. I like this higher potency version. I take one capsule each night along with my Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3, and EFAs (all of which I obtain from Swanson). I feel the Vitamin K2 is very important. Works for me.
I take this K-2 Maximum Strength because 200 mcg appears to be the optimum daily dosage from what I have researched. Also, my cardiologist (one of my best friends) takes it. I didn't hear about it from him, he heard about it from me! Hopefully this product does help regulate calcium transport. If it does, that is a really good thing! Great price too.
For anyone who has calcification in their blood stream like I have.Vitamin K-2 takes the calcium out of you blood and distributes it to muscle and bone to strengthen them. If the calcium builds up and stays in the blood stream it shuts off the blood veins and arteries via calcification buildup, the result is bad heart issues. Anyone with osteoporosis issues can also have a great benefit by taking vitamin K-2.
