I stopped taking my vitamin E some time ago when I discovered it was the synthetic version. There was some alarming info that synthetic vit E could be carcinogenic! After recently reading again about the efficacy of vit E as an anti oxidant, I found this Swanson offering which offered the natural vit E at a reasonable price, so I have restarted taking vit E now daily.
