Great Price, quantity is huge. Perfect size for me. I take 3mg/kg as I shave severe deficiency. It works well for. Consult with your doctor before taking high doses.

I started taking added zinc during the Covid pandemic at the recommendation of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya ad others to take Vitamin D3 and zinc to protect against the virus. I was unvaxxed and only got a mild case in 2022. As a 76 year old who does weight lifting at the gym 3 - 4 days a week I found the zinc also helps my recovery. I originally used another brand but find the Swanson's to be as good at a lower price.
