Better late than never !

At 75 years of age, I bought a boning knife. I never owned one before. I used my chef knifes and pairing knifes. Stupid me ! What a pleasure using this Victorinox knife to butcher a pork shoulder, as I just did. Thank you Kitchen Warehouse.

Have used this brand of knife for fishing over many years, its of quality construction and easy to use. It's Sharp and easy to sharpen. The handle offers a good drip especially with wet / slippery hands. I do recommend it.

Quality Victorinox build and materials. Reasonably sharp out of the packaging, and easy to maintain and better the edge with a honing rod.Nice oversized sheath to limit contact with the blade to retain the knife's edge. I believe the sheath is a 'one size fits all', used with both curved and straight Swibo fillet/boning knives fitting both 16cm & 20cm blade lengths.Nice grip on the handle and the colour is great for visibility.

Terrific knife definitely built to earn its keep

Built to do a job not to fit a price, Loved it so much for filleting got a second one as an everyday go to knife in the kitchen.Easy to sharpen and holds a great edge for what feels like forever if I was clocking up 12 hour shifts in the abattoirs no doubt this would be my go to tool of the trade.After a proper workout all I’d change is make it an inch shorter Say 5” to make it more manoeuvrable when quartering and boning out cuts and perfection! Get what ya pay for lads

Victorinox Boning Blade Victory.

The semi-flexible boning knife has made kitchen prep so much more easier. Filtering fish and chicken breakdowns I can get done in minutes rather than half an hour. Love it.
