The 12.5 in WOK is just average. It doesn't sear meat like a carbon steel wok. It takes time to heal up and you can only use low to medium heat otherwise the warranty would be voided due to heat damage.

As with all my Swiss Diamond cookware, this wok is sturdy and well made! The 11.8 inch is the perfect size to cook dinner for two.

As with all my Swiss Diamond cookware, this wok is sturdy and well made! The 11.8 inch is the perfect size to cook dinner for two.
I use this pan as not only a Wok but for all pan searing, soups, stews, and preparation of every-day meals. Searing meat or veggies then adding them to the wire "holding rack" while reducing liquid before re-adding the meat/veggies is easy, quick and efficient.
House falsely advertised this as induction capable

The Swiss Diamond cookware is awesome. Even head distribution, excellent nonstick surface, the thick flat bottom set flat on my ceramic cook top. So far this cookware has exceeded my expectations.
