I’m using this since 3 years (not constantly) and have to say I’m pretty satisfy. A lot of people recommend me beer yeast in tab as hair/nails supplement, but I find it har to swallow and digest. Can see marked results after only a month!

I'm so happy I tried these vitamins. I've only been taking them daily for a month now but I can see that my hair is growing back in around my temple area and my eyebrows have less grey in them. I was really beginning to get concerned with my hair falling out like it was, but since taking these vitamins my hair is staying put! I will keep taking these and I'm so thankful they work.

Helped with my thinning hair!

I like the ingredients , including the iron because I tend to have low iron. I use other supplements from Swisse so I looked at their other supplements for my thinning hair. I checked out what ingredients would help and found most of them in this supplement. My hair has stopped falling out! So I’m hoping it continues to help my hair thinning. So far it’s working. My nails tend to be thin and I also noticed them getting stronger! That’s a plus.

It does work, new hair growth

I read an actress who has beautiful hair and skin takes this. Thought it’s worth a shot after doing some research. People said it worked. My whole life I had thick hair, now I am 47 my hair is thinner. This is the first time since I was in my 20’s I can feel like a buzz cut on my scalp. My hair and nails are seriously growing under I’m so excited. Although make sure to take this daily. I forgot for like a week or two cause I was sick and my nails started breaking.

I have known about Vitamin C, Silica and Zinc for your skin but Milk Thistle is new to me. Milk Thistle is supposed to help with acne. Noticeable difference

I’ve been using this for about a month and I have noticed that my hair is shinier and healthy looking. My skin has a better look/natural glow. My nails is where I noticed the biggest difference in the fact that they are not as brittle as to prior to taking this. I love that it is just one pill a day and to see a difference in just a month is awesome. Highly recommend.

Works for me.

I always take this whenever i notice my nails getting weak, bendy and dry. Also whenever I feel that my hair is falling out more than usual I turn to this supplement. It works , I can see a difference within a month of taking these supplements. They are easy to swallow. they do not cause a reflux and no bad after taste left in my mouth. After taking these supplements, I notice my nails get stronger and do not break off easily. My hair fall reduced. i had purchased this product about a month ago, due to the thinness of both my hair and nails, as i went through the bottle i started to realise the difference throughout my hair and nails. this product has certainly made a positive difference throughout my body both mentally and physically. i am now confident to show my nails and hair through many different styles. although the product needs to be used continues in order for the magic of it to work, as it is not an overnight quick fix. the product is easy to digest as pills are not that big. although you cannot feel the product working as quick as a nails or hair mask, it creates longer lasting effects for both hair and nails
