I was a little apprehensive about Swisse Probiotic and prebiotic gummies as previously have found gummy supplements to be dry and very artificially flavoured. These, thankfully, had a great soft chew and delicate orange flavour, and I could easily snack on these by the handful, it was hard limiting myself to 2 a day.The fact that the gummies deliver a powerful daily serve of pro and prebiotics is great and being fridge free is a bonus. This makes them so convenient to take daily and reap the benefits, especially when travelling.I have already added these to my daily supplements, keeping my body happy and healthy.

I began taking Swisse Gummies over 3 weeks ago, first thing in the morning (before food or coffee).These delicious Swisse gummies contain chicory root fibre, which is a natural prebiotic as well, taste like an orange lolly and so convenient to take (and carry).Each Gummie has 3 billion CFU of probiotics per serve, which apparently is the ideal strength to assist your gut’s daily biome.These Swisse Gummies are also Vegan-friendly and have no artificial sweeteners or added sugar which is perfect as I’m Vegetarian!Will definitely keep buying these!

I really like how tasty and easy to consume these gummies are. I love the orange flavour and how chewy they are . Compare to my normal tablets I often forget to take. The pack keeps them fresh and chewable without needing a fridge. It’s definitely an easier way to consume prebiotics and probiotics. I like the fact they don't contain any extra sugar or sweetener. I have not experienced any side effects or tummy issues while taking them, so far so good! Will keep taking them.
