Bought these for my 14 year old daughter who was feeling very low on energy due to hormones etc and being a busy time at school. They have given her the kick that she needs and she has noticed the difference and is happy to take them.
I buy this for my 14 year old daughter regularly, it’s great knowing she is getting some extra vitamins into her body aswell as eating a balanced meal
Wanted to continue with multivitamins for my daughter, after she was too old for the chewy variety anymore, so went to these. I like that it is formulated for teen girls specifically as they have different needs than a younger or older girl. My only criticism is the size of the capsule was very hard for her to get used to swallowing, so I used to cut them in half. It's been a while now, and she has mastered swallowing the large tablet.
Only brand that I can find a specific teenager vitamin! Thanks Swisse! Can you get it stocked in Woolworths or Coles for convenience and accessibility, just so I can add it onto the weekly click and collect shop for groceries. Glad it has both Vit K for bone growth as well as Vitex for natural hormone balancing. Most other brands don’t do Vit K which is an essential for bone growth and mostly found in leafy greens, the very thing a lot of kids avoid. Well done Swisse! Only suggestion is if it came as a natural strawberry flavoured powder or smaller capsules. My daughter couldn’t swallow them so I had to blend into a powder myself.
My teenage daughter complaints that the tablets are far too big for her to swallow so she has to cut it in half before she can swallow it.
My daughter started taking this for one week now. She seems more energetic.
I had purchased this product for my teenage daughter mainly for her acne problem. It has helped a lot with the swelling and the redness. Bonus claims to help with stress which I feel like has improved with her behaviour. Would recommend for any teenage daughters out there.
