I was having ibs problems within a week of taking no more problem
Hard to tell with ibs what does and doesn’t work as so many factors however it’s important to me I try everything I can. I would recommend if you’re struggling with the condition as this may help you.
Bought 2 bottles, finished one but condition doesn’t seem to improve.
Whilst it was a special promotion but alas it has very short expiry date ... efficacy would be greatly reduced.
It helped cramping, stomach gurgling and jt prolonged the onset of my daily bloating... but beyond that it didn’t help for me.I took it according to the instructions which is once per day, however another brand sells the same probiotic at twice the strength and advises taking it twice daily for severe cases. I think it may be worth looking at something stronger if your IBS is anything but mild.That being said - every product is different and this has a probiotic that has statistically been shown to help IBS so it could be worth trying for some.
Very good product. My system felt better within 24 hours.
