I brought this for my dad he is at his senior age now. He had no complains. THe benefit is that he could walk longer and climb more stairs. The improvement is visible and the package is lovely. He does not have any complain on his knee and taste is ok

Be aware that these tablets are absolutely huge. I need to take two tablets of my current product to getr 1500 mg and I was looking for a way to cut down on the number of pills I need to take. I saw this product at 1500 mg per pill and bought them. They are twice the size of my current product, so no real advantage there, and will be impossible for me to swallow. They are an inch long and over 1/4 inch thick.

I don't need reminders that I'm no youngster anymore but nevertheless I get them in the form of more joint aches and stiffness than I remember in my younger days. I have been taking Glucosamine for a long time, and I know it helps. But I use another brand that also includes chondritin (sp?) so not sure what will happen long-term by just taking this product that is only Glucosamine Sulfate. These pills are always really large, so I use juice to help them slide down. I haven't seen any detrimental change since I started using the Swisse Ultiboost Glucosamine Sulfate, so am pleased to give it a try. So far so good. Makes a big different in joint health and activity for us old folks!

These are fairly large pills, but are coated and go down easily.They work best with chondroitin or MSM (or both) so my husband and I also take one of those. Together, these really help with aging joints. Whenever we run out, we both get stiffer and achier and quickly return to the supplement. Highly recommended.
