We tried it. The dosage on the front is false. It behaved like a dosage of 250mg per pill. My mother and I had to take several a day. This formula uses the wrong kind of iron--it constipated us, the way "non-easing" iron supplements do. If they hadn't put the iron in it we could have finished the bottle. We take another iron supplement that doesn't constipate us. All we needed was a strong dose of grapeseed at an affordable price.

Swisse is quite good in serving size and quality, and it is much cheaper to buy it in iherb than In supermarkets. The ingredient mainly consists of vitamin c and collagen which is a benefit for the skin and immune system especially when I have rosacea. The taste is not like pills since its composition is fruits, I recommend people to buy this brand.

I know that you can only make certain medical claims based on evidence. I would like everyone to know that the main reason I purchased these was for my allergies. Grape seeds make a huge difference for me. I have been taking 400 mg grape seeds. These stronger ones are greatly eliminating my allergies! I love these! They also seem to be helping with sores that I've had in my mouth for a few weeks. I have already signed up for monthly shipments.

This product was recommended by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised that it is a Canadian company. I am always leary of buying products from other countries because of the quality control.
