I read the comment that propolis is good for women. And i have purchase lots of product by Swisse brand. This product is on sale and i decided to try this. I am convinced that i am feeling a lot better after having propolis. This is high strength propolis, so highly recommended to other women out there as well. I've been taking these capsules for months and months but am still not sure what they do to my body as I don't notice any changes.
The product was one entire year past its use-by date when we bought. Absolute disgrace.

Full of soy, why is soy in my vitamins when others (Thompsons) have none. It is not required, its just a cheap filler.
