I started taking Swisse Ultiboost Iron tablets because my iron levels were low. These tablets boosted my iron levels to a normal level. They did upset my stomach for the first few days of taking them but then that settled down and now I'm fine taking them. This might be tmi but they can make you constipated and did make me constipated.I like that these also contain vitamin c because vitamin c aids in the absorption of iron. The tablets are quite big and are black in colour. They don't have a taste or smell.

If you read the fine print the product packaging says "not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions". The product is well priced compared with others but unfortunately after a few months of use it hasn't helped to elevate my low iron levels. Might be ok as a booster but if you are iron deficient definitely go with a product your Doctor recommends.

Easy to swallow pills. Good to take every day if you are a vegetarian (or don't eat much meat), to keep up your iron levels.
One of the better low dose iron tablets in my opinion. I take this every couple of days to help maintain my iron levels - and so far it's been working. It's a great price point too - many product at higher price points have similar ingredients.
I used to have issues with my iron levels but thankfully my levels have been normal for awhile now and I find that taking these iron tablets helps with keeping it in balance. They are large, black tablets which can be hard to swallow for some and I like to take them after I have eaten food. Do not take it on an empty stomach as it can make you feel really nauseous. I like to take it in the morning after breakfast to start off my day. It contains vitamin C as well which helps with the absorption of iron. Overall I find that it keeps my iron levels balanced and gives me energy.

Iron tablet: my (vegan iron deficient) daughter have been taking this for months and I have only just realised that the strength of iron is insufficient. It has multiple other constituents and so it is more appropriate for general multivitamin use. My daughter is still iron deficient and have changed to a better product
Bought these when I couldn't get ferro-grad c. Not sure if they're keeping my iron levels on track as haven't had blood test. A lot cheaper though at half the price. Larger than ferro-grad c, so if you have trouble taking larger pills, best to choose something else.
