I know that "contents may settle in transit", but when you open this, the powder only fills to halfway of the container. From a consumer protection perspective, this borders on misrepresentation.

I bought this because I was having trouble with leg cramps after starting back at footy, and I have had good results in stopping cramps by using magnesium in the past. I also have trouble getting and staying asleep, and landed on this product over regular magnesium for that purpose. Not only does it stop me from cramping during footy games and after them, but it also gives me a great sleep! They need to sell larger sizes though, because I feel like it runs out too quickly. I have tried another magnesium sleep product since trying this one, but it is no where near as good as Swisse and I will definitely be switching back!

I have been using this product for a little over a month and find it works well. Mixed with 100ml of water AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS on the container, it is easy to take and the taste isn't unpleasant.
The powder consistency reminds me of Powerade or Gatorade powder so I find it hard to get passed that when drinking it before bed. It definitely helps me wind down though and I do feel a sense of relaxation and calm after taking the drink. It didn take long to kick in. I wouldn't say it made me sleep better just made the process leading up to bed easier. Will buy again but I only tend to reach for it when I have had a stressful day and have lots on my mind.
I bought this for the magnesium properties mostly. The sleep is also a great addition. When I'm sore from exercising and or have trouble relaxing I have a glass before bed. It really does make you feel more at ease. The taste is not bad, sort of like a lemon flavoured sports drink.
I think its a top product as far as stopping cramps,and helps about 30%in sleep.But at the age of 70 they tell me I need more of a hormon replayments.( please for give my spelling ).
Helps me fall asleep really quickly. Before I had trouble switching off but now I just drink this before I go to bed and it's super easy. Would highly recommend.
I have been taking this Magnesium Sleep Powder for a while now. I feel it definitely helps me to sleep better. Previously I had been having a lot of trouble getting a good nights sleep. Now if I do wake up, I go back to sleep relatively quickly. Very happy with this product.
