Taste ok, not bitter and you get a LOT for the price, I feel like they work. I am partial to Swisse vitamins and use a lot of them, due to quality and value. I would recommend them.

I've been taking these tablets for months and months (wanted to wait and see for a while before writing this review) and to be honest, I don't really see any changes in my body. I still have running nose when the weather is cold. I still catch the flu. So I'm not sure if it's working.

My grandkids and me like the natural flavour of this! Prefer to put on top of the tongue and suck the nice orange flavour!
