Swisse Ultivite Women's 50+ Multivitamin 60 Tablets

Before purchase , I asked the customer service if I spend over $150 will I still get the free gift. Customer service told me I will still get the free gift. But when received the items, no free gift at all. inside the free gift there is a bottle of vitamin that I would like to try, and if is good I would like to purchase more. This is my first time trying out Swisse brand and is such a disappointment experience. I am considering refund my purchase and get other brands vitamin instead.

I am a retired 67 year old woman, started to feel a little weak specially since this quarantine started, I didn’t have the strength or interest to do regular things; bought a treadmill to stay active; the first time I use it did 15 min and that was it; tried again and the same... so I stop trying.... then I bought your 50+ women’s vit that came with the Immune forte supplement; tried for a week and went to do my exercise again.After 2 weeks I stared to feel better, and now I was very happy as I can go in the treadmill for 30 min and sometimes more.This duo have replace what I was loosing and that’s why I recommend every women to try them ....... sincerely Millie

A Good SUPPLEMENT to a good diet and exercise

I used to be a bit of a body builder, high user of supplements and lots of exercise. I had so many bottles of stuff it was almost impossible just to keep up with the requirements every day. My favorite quote was Minimum Daily Requirement? Who wants to be MINIMUM. I was in great shape of course and almost never sick or even feeling bad, but now I'm older and not quite so dedicated to premium fitness. I feel like if you're going to try and get everything you need in a single pill, you're either going to be disappointed or fooled. So I feel like the key word here is supplement”. Make sure you eat right, good food and the right amount, supplement that with this pill daily and possibly a few individual vitamins you're afraid you're not getting in your diet, exercise as much as you feel keeps you energetic, and that's about all that could be expected of you. This has a good quantity of most of what you don't get in a good diet... so you're getting your money's worth. Anything more is going to require you to take a lot more BIG pills, more often. Pill size is not too large, a little slippery, so they go down easily... Take them with your meal and other than the chemical smell, you won't notice it at all.

I have never taken any multivitamin that had as many ingredients as this Swisse Premium Ultivite Multivitamin for Women has, but do you really need all of this, and on a daily basis? There are 3 panels listed of Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs, but 2 of them do not show the RDA, or Recommended Daily Allowance, because there isn't any. The bottle looks kind of old fashioned, and the smell of the multivitamins, when you open the bottle is kind of off putting, but for how much this Multivitamin contains, I am surprised that the size of each tablet isn't larger, and that you only need to take one per day. I didn't have any problem swallowing the Multivitamin, and thankfully the odor doesn't linger after you swallow it. These one-a-day supplements have all the basic RDA of common Western vitamins and minerals, as well as a bunch of Eastern-style herbal extracts (e.g., Ginkgo, Ginseng, Bilberry, Fennel, Green Tea, Sasparilla, Parsley, etc.). The tablets themselves are very large, pale green and the outer coating has peppermint oil, which gives them a mild, somewhat unique fragrance. Unlike many other multi-vitamins, the dosages of the various vitamins seem reasonable rather than tending toward overkill. My husband has been taking them for a week and he hasn't really noticed an increase in his energy, but he also hasn't suffered any digestive issues either. In other words, they look legit. The product itself looks pretty much like your everyday multivitamin. It includes a full spectrum of vitamins, minerals and quite a few herbs. Unlike most vitamins manufactured in the USA, the company gives virtually no information on how their vitamins are produced or where their ingredients come from. There are no statements about whether their vitamins are from natural foods or synthetic. No information on whether the product uses GMOs, are organic, gluten-free, vegetarian or country of origin for the herbs. These are all attributes that most supplement manufacturers go out of their way to mention. When taking a close look at the label, the amount of vitamins included are not very high at all. Many of them fall well short of the Recommended Daily Allowance, which is basically the minimum amount of any vitamin you need to have in order to keep from suffering from disease.It is especially deficient in vitamins D and E. So, if you are depending on a single pill to provide all of the vitamins you need for the day, this product probably isn't the best choice. It does have a lot of herbs that you do not typically find in most multivitamins. So, perhaps, this could be a supplement for your existing vitamin supplement. It wouldn't be the primary product I use though. The pills themselves are a bit larger than average but easy to swallow. They do have a distinct smell to them, but it really isn't all that noticeable. I have not felt any effects from these supplements as of yet. Honestly, considering the extremely low doses that this product contains I would not expect any changes to be noticeable anyway.

Whole lotta stuff in these vitamins but...

There are a ton of vitamins, minerals and other assorted nutrients jammed into these rather large pills. So many, that it's hard to get a handle on all of the stuff that's inside. Contains high doses of most of the better known vitamins and minerals. Others, like Calcium (5% RDA), Iron (17% RDA), Biotin (17% RDA) and similar, you're going to have to get from your diet or from another supplement. There were a few additions that didn't seem to do much good. For example, 1mg of CoQ10. Not sure why they bothered, as I don't think 1mg will do you much good. But on balance, it appears to be a fine product with a lot of good things going on. Again, large pills, so some might have trouble with this, but overall otherwise recommended with a 4 star rating.
