Well. Well. First few of days it came with a mint odour. After a week, it started to stink like a rotten egg. Its hard to swallow. Difficult to understand whether to use it or not. I dont know eget her to continue taking pills or thrash such expensive pills. Atleast, i am sure i have maintained in a dry condition at room temperature. Terrible rotten smell. The manufacturer kept a dessicant inside. Yet, it catches moisture when ever opened it may be.

These multivitamins were recommended to me by a friend, and as a mother or woman, I can attest that they are an excellent multivitamin. These are the best supplements because we no longer get the essential nutrients we need in our everyday diet. It is very simple to eat. Along with vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin b12, calcium, and antioxidants, these multivitamins also contain 36 ayurvedic plants. It gives me more vitality and strengthens my immune system. After consuming this pill, I feel more energetic. Since my mother enjoyed this product as well, I've purchased another for her.

I have never taken any multivitamin that had as many ingredients as this Swisse Premium Ultivite Multivitamin for Women has, but do you really need all of this, and on a daily basis? There are 3 panels listed of Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs, but 2 of them do not show the RDA, or Recommended Daily Allowance, because there isn't any. The bottle looks kind of old fashioned, and the smell of the multivitamins, when you open the bottle is kind of off putting, but for how much this Multivitamin contains, I am surprised that the size of each tablet isn't larger, and that you only need to take one per day. I didn't have any problem swallowing the Multivitamin, and thankfully the odor doesn't linger after you swallow it. These are all attributes that most supplement manufacturers go out of their way to mention. When taking a close look at the label, the amount of vitamins included are not very high at all. Many of them fall well short of the Recommended Daily Allowance, which is basically the minimum amount of any vitamin you need to have in order to keep from suffering from disease.It is especially deficient in vitamins D and E. So, if you are depending on a single pill to provide all of the vitamins you need for the day, this product probably isn't the best choice. It does have a lot of herbs that you do not typically find in most multivitamins. So, perhaps, this could be a supplement for your existing vitamin supplement. It wouldn't be the primary product I use though. The pills themselves are a bit larger than average but easy to swallow. They do have a distinct smell to them, but it really isn't all that noticeable. I have not felt any effects from these supplements as of yet. Honestly, considering the extremely low doses that this product contains I would not expect any changes to be noticeable anyway.

My husband has been taking a vitamin with added caffeine but now that he went back to energy drinks (after being off them 2 years, I'm frustrated) I decided we needed to change his vitamin to one without caffeine. I though this looked like a great replacement. The quality of the supplement is decent. It's not sourced from China or anything and I'm not worried about the quality of the actual vitamin or them having anything harmful in them. What I take issue with is that the doses of vitamins in this supplement are so low. Vitamin absorption is an issue to begin with unless you go with a liquid or a gummy. When you get a tablet that has such low vitamin counts you have to wonder if it's even doing any good. As a guy who takes a lot of vitamin supplements and have to go through blood tests each year to make sure my vitamin levels are good, for the past few years, I have had to run certain vitamins with my doctors. The Swisse Men's Ultivite Multivitamin contains 53 vitamins and minerals. It also contains milk thistle and artichoke. As well as Lycopene and Selenium. My doctor advise for me, personally, to alternate with these slowly to see how I feel. Because I'm not like most people who rely on one multivitamin and take a good number, which I alternate vitamins every other day, I do like the fact that the Ultivite contains much more than the basic multivitamin you find at stores.
