Outstanding set, heavy duty & built for cooking over the stove. Plus, it naturally keeps the fondue warmer longer at the table, even without the under-burner. Nothing like this too-notch Swiss made fondue set!

I would recommend this product for three reasons. First, the cooking performance is the best I've experienced (first time using non-electric fondue pot). The pot stays hot with no cold spots and the end result is a small amount of yummy cheese crust for the last hungry guests to indulge upon. Second, the pot is very easy to clean afterward, making the next day headache free. And lastly, this pot is a center piece of beauty. Every guest is blown away, thinking we have transported them to Switzerland for a cozy evening in the chalet.

I love this fondue pot! Gorgeous design and works flawlessly! I?ve made delicious fondue reminiscent of my trip to Switzerland. Cooks perfectly and the cleanup is so easy.

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas and she loves it and says it's so solid that it will be a family heirloom lol! Their customer service is amazing; I was the one who was the source of issues like address and then I changed the delivery city AND asked them to hold the delivery until the New Year. I was a challenge (sorry) but they were unfailingly courteous and the delivery was perfect.

After placing the order, I looked for the accompanying heating gel online to use the fondue set and it was not available. I called BestBuy to cancel the order, five minutes after I placed the order, and I was told that they were not able to cancel the order and that a supervisor was needed that wouldn't be available for two to three days. I used a pre-paid card that I need for x-mas shopping and I cannot use it until BestBuy cancels the order.Bestbuy does not sell the heating gel that accompanies this product and the manufacturer is sold out. It is unacceptable that I cannot cancel this order.
This pot is a lovely bright red and very sturdy. Fondue is a fun way to share mealtime with family. I had a pot back on the 70’s and I am looking forward to introducing fondue to my grandkids!I had a few questions when I was deciding which pot to buy and I appreciate the promptAnswers I received.

I've been wanting to buy a decent fondue pot for a while and based on amazon reviews I decided to go with the cast iron choice. Just had my first cheese fondue last night and I'm not disappointed. I'm already a fan of enamel cast iron pots and this one wasn't diffferent. It melts the cheese beautifully at medium heat on cooktop and when transferred to the the rechaud, it maintains the temperature without burning the top. We use the bread to help steering once in a while and we were able to finish it up with no burning on the bottom whatsoever.I also did the chocolate fondue and again it melts the chocolate directly at the cooktop without burning.Highly recommended!
