The Amino Switch is the best when it comes to during and post workout supplementation. Over the last 8 weeks, I've felt a major difference in muscle recovery and strength in comparison to having BCAAs by other brands. With a high dose of protein it's my go to for post weight training. The Wild Rasperry flavour is THE BOMB!! It literally tastes like I'm drinking Red Frog Lollies which makes it so additive haha. Amazing product and I recommend it to all my friends!!

This is the 3rd time I've re-stocked on this product. It blends like a dream, Tastes sooo good, and I really like all the added vitamins in it.I highly recommend it, I've even brought some for my family members who love it too.I'm personally not a fan of the lemonade flavour (tastes too tart for me but some people LOVE it)But I highly recommend the Apple flavour. Also heard good things about the Mango and Kiwi.

One product I can't do without is the Amino Switch BCAA.My favourite flavour is Kiwi Mango. It is delicious. I drink it everyday especially during my training. It helps prevent muscle breakdown as well as help with muscle recovery. So I feel fine the next day to train hard again. Unlike most BCAA's AMINO SWITCH contains all 9 EAA's. I highly recommend it.

As a man in my 50’s I decided to try this to help maintain muscle mass along with regular physical exercise. As a runner and mountaineer I now have more energy and endurance after taking Amino Switch (for several months), than I’ve had for decades! The lemonade flavour is my favourite and combines well with other Switch products.
This Switch has the complete balance of recommended EAAS and BCAA. Plus the electrolytes for an intense workout. Great for repair, and mineral replacement after sweating. Tastes good. Been using during training, and will definitely use again.
I love the idea of this product, especially as I can’t tolerate whey, this gives all the aminos of whey protein without the calories or the pain!It stacks so well with pre workout and Adrenal Switch post workout. Recovery is so much better on Amino Switch and I’ve also noticed more efficient muscle building compared to when not using and following the same meal and training plans.Lemonade is great when stacking and wild raspberry stacks well also but is great on its own. Added bonus, Switch don’t add colours!!
I bought a box for my gym bag to try the different flavours. I like the little sachets because they are so convenient, are nice and light and don’t take up much space. So far the ‘lemonade’ flavour is my favourite. These are particularly helpful to restore my energy after cycling or swimming.
BCAA/electrolytes mixes can get really expensive if you work out at least once a day. Was using the EHP Labs stuff for a long time but saw the Switch and decided to give it a go. Doesn’t appear to be any colouring in it, which is great, and they’re not too sweet. Lemonade tastes like melted popsicles and watermelon doesn’t really taste like watermelon but it’s not killer sweet like Scivation and not too expensive like most of the others.
This is hands down one of my favourite products! I drink it during and after a workout and it tastes soooo good (I have the mango kiwi). I like it because it has all the amino acids of a protein powder, but its not milky so I actually enjoy drinking it. Not sure about the other review talking about aspartame?? I bought this product because its naturally sweetened with stevia.
