Thermal Switch has been my go to for years. I've tried other products but none of them start my day quite like this one. When taken first thing in the morning, I feel refreshed, alert and ready to start my day. The thermal properties are perfect without excessive sweating and just enough to feel its effect. I've tried a couple of flavours but Mango Passionfuit is my favourite. I keep it in the fridge otherwise I found it will clump.

I tried this about a year ago during an 8 week gym challenge, so first week of gym I lost maybe 2kg, I started taking this daily (following recommended dose with fasting) and I legit lost 6kg in a week - 6kg !! I obviously had the weight to lose, I wasn't skinny or anything so yeah it bloody hell worked! I'm buying some again to prep for my wedding because my dress is literally too tight ha! it's worth a try honestly. Helped with - hunger cravings - energy levels - pre workout for gym - just all round awesome.

Thermal Swich!!! One of the BEST products by far. Amazing long-lasting energy, awesome body temp booster, this is my morning go-go juice. My 4yr old calls it "happy mummy drink" because it helps me keep up with him and his little brothers, I can run around, dance, play games with them and never have that energy crash afterwards, it literally keeps me going and going. The Pineapple Coconut is awesome and I'm super excited for some more flavours!!

Hey really enjoying this product, writing a review because I noticed one above about test strips no showing ketones......Test strips suck, throw them in the bin. Get yourself a blood ketone monitor. Within 2 hours of taking these my blood keto level goes up between .7 - 1.2 - can feel the difference when taking them.
I can't recommend this product enough. It tastes great (I have the mango passion fruit and it tastes like fruit cup cordial) and has really helped me to achieve my goals. It doesn't give me the shakes like my last fat burner and it's so easy to drink and can have it twice a day, which I think really makes the difference. I have noticed it really controls my appetite so no more hunger pains! Big thumbs up from me!
Been taking Keto Switch for a week and only just is Ketones showing on the test sticks. I had expected a faster reaction. Sadly the company I got my BHB from before has disappeared. Won’t order this one again. Wishing you all the Best!

Wow! I have been drinking one serve a day since Tuesday and I have seriously dropped 2kgs. (Today is Friday). I’m in my late 40’s and truly believed that weight was impossible to drop… at my age. I’ve just repurchased more. It gives an amazing boost and is packed with amino acids and vitamins. It may seem expensive, but when you compare it to the price of an energy drink, it is actually a bargain and a delicious, healthy alternative.
Greatly suppresses appetite, however don’t feel any of the thermogenic effects. Even if I take before workout which involves cardio at first followed by my routines; I feel suppressed appetite but no thermogenic effects. Could just be me however
